The Word ZO is a name which inherit from our forefathers,Chin, Kuki, Mizo are all ZO people. There is a theory that the Mizo people have ancestral ties to the Zhou dynasty of ancient China. Some researchers suggest that the Mizo people may have descended from the Zhou people who migrated to the eastern Himalayas around 1,000-2,000 years ago. Some points that support this theory include: - Linguistic similarities: The Mizo language has similarities with ancient Chinese languages, such as Old Chinese and the language of the Zhou dynasty. - Cultural similarities: The Mizo people have cultural practices and traditions similar to those of ancient China, such as their ancestral worship and clan systems. - Genetic similarities: Some studies have found genetic similarities between the Mizo people and the Han Chinese, who are descendants of the Zhou people.
