Not for the car? Really... most placards are issued to the disabled person and has nothing to do with the vehicle they’re driving. It’s so it can be used by the placard holder in any vehicle. That ticket doesn’t make a whole lot of sense.
He was caught on video giving out ticket to a van that had a placard for handicap parking. He saw it and then gave the ticket anyway. He lost in court.
So when you go to your doctor you can get a prescription for one and go to the DMV and it's all free? People would rather cheat and pay lots of money on tickets instead of free. 🤔 imagine that.
If these thieves would think about how hard the lives of the handicapped are every single day, and what some have to go through to even get ready to go out or to work or shopping...then to have to deal with no open handicapped spaces, or the stripped areas taken with cars or shopping carts that they need to be able to get in and out of their handicapped vans...maybe the thieves would think twice.
It really bugs me when people drive with them haning from their mirror. They're ONLY for when you're parked. Otherwise the placard CANNOT be displayed.
I have a disabled placard. If my wife is driving she'll drop me off at the front and she'll park in a normal parking spot. If i am driving then i'll look for a disabled parking spot. But i try to leave it open for people that my be way worse off than I.

I wish they would hire a few more people to check these out I see Miss use of all of these handicap spots all the time.
Dude wrote a ticket on both cars without the permits expired. Sun bleached both the numbers out. But punches on one show its not expired. And the other car used a marker to highlight the date. Not change it. Neither one should of been ticketed
People using handicap parking and placards in Tucson Arizona is out of control. I have two neighbors with placards and they are both health people in their early 40"s.
I was issued a ticket, had a placard I was in my car and had driven my mom to a Dr. appointment, I helped her into the office waited for her and when we cme out there was a ticket on my car, it said plackard was not for the car, HELL no it was for my mom who was with me, we were 60 miles from where I lived and had to go appear in court to fight it, lost a day of work, it was dismissed but still the thing a mess!
If you're going to accuse someone of something post proof.
Keep up the good work
I wish they set these rules in Dallas Texas
So when you go to your doctor you can get a prescription for one and go to the DMV and it's all free? People would rather cheat and pay lots of money on tickets instead of free. 🤔 imagine that.
that could be a dangerous job. Good for him.
Needs to be more like $1500
awesome....love the fine fee Arizona gave them....should be more due to high gas prices too...
It really bugs me when people drive with them haning from their mirror. They're ONLY for when you're parked. Otherwise the placard CANNOT be displayed.
No, it says "January 2014"
We need this in Seattle x100
no way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have that stupid waiting music too in Quebec! hahahha xD Poor guy that has to listen to this each day :P
I have a disabled placard. If my wife is driving she'll drop me off at the front and she'll park in a normal parking spot. If i am driving then i'll look for a disabled parking spot. But i try to leave it open for people that my be way worse off than I.
Seems like these citiations more than pay for the agents salary
NY needs to be reinforce
Believe it or not these parking spots aren't for the privileged. There's nothing privileged about not being able to walk.
There is privilege in being able to afford to see a doctor who gives you the authorization for a placard.
@@Puggy42069 you are so ignorant. Do you listen when you speak
I think this parking Enforcement Officer should have his eyes checked. He clearly couldn't even read the "Lyft Drivers" bleached Handicap Placard correctly. It was obviously stamped JANUARY, not July, of 2014. He just gave that person 6 months less of actual expiration date!? Lol 😆😆👀👎
We need one this officer on utah
