Billie Joe “I wish this was a fender collab” Armstrong
It's just weird how he was 20 for 40 years and now all of a sudden he's 50
I love gibson but that guitar looks like the 99 dollar epiphone.
"I'm here to show you my new signature model by... Errrrr... (checks headstock).. Gibson"
Look, I love Green Day and I love Billie Joe, but that guitar is NOT worth $1500.. For a signature it looks so bland aswell. Also he wants kids to sticker it up? The only people that are gonna buy that is Guitar collectors who wont touch it and really rich parents who want to force their kids to play guitar.
He is looking down at his guitar like wtf have I created
I could buy like 3 fenders and a pedal with the same value
Now I know why Gibson went bankrupt.
Last time Billie released a signature guitar I was a teenager with no money to buy it. Now I'm an adult and I still don't have money to buy it. 😂 They look rad though.
He talks as tho he's never seen that guitar before

It’s nice to see BJ plays some lead guitar. Kinda reminds me of their first album.
as much as i respect and love billie joe and gibson, i feel like guitars that are made for punk rock shouldn't be 1500 usd
Nice to see someone mention Mick Mars as one of their heros
gibson: single pickup starter guitar? that'll be $850,000,000 please!
The way he introduces himself here is great - it takes me back to when I first ever heard of the band - it was back when I liked bands like Offspring over the span of their first albums and I recall an older friend/babysitter saying "if you like Offspring you might also like this band called Green Day". So for him to say "I'm in a high school band called 'Green Day'", that's exactly how I can still remember them.
"If kids wanna carve it up put stickers on it"
