Thanks. The first thing I ever drove alone was my Dads B-Model Allis Chalmers. I was seven years old. That was 1954. The sound never goes away as the best mechanical noise in the world. The tractor was used for pulling trailers, mowing, towing a nine foot New-Brillion cultipacker and the all important “buzz saw” which mounted on the back with four bolts for cutting all our fire wood.
Thanks for the videos Randy. I use a B now around my place. The B is a great little tractor and very versatile in the right hands. Keep up the good work. 😊
beautiful AC! very satisfying ! I mow with a IH F 12 from 1937 with overrunning PTO clutch also. Also run a 56 MF 40 with a covington cutter pull behind 5 ft mower.. I enjoy mowing .. I get to get away from everything doing that.
Nice video. Beautifully done restoration. She looks beautiful and sounds great. Nice modification on the 3 point hitch. I have an AC model C I'm in the process of refurbishing. It was the first tractor I drove as a year old punk.
I used to have a B, it had been fitted with a John Deere mower deck under the belly of it and it drove off the engine up front. I mowed my yard with it. Sounds like you’ve turned your rpm’s up on yours mine was factory I guess. The governor was really sensitive but it probably ran about 1500 rpm. Yours sounds like my D17, they run about 2000. Nice tractor and nice mowing!
@@rickwatson7423 Good chances are either the upper nut is loose with the keyway sheared or something is busted inside the steering box. It should not spin all the way around.

Great video. Wonderful camera work and editing!
I have a question with the tractor off does the steering wheel free spin or no it doesn't ?
No, this tractor is fully mechanical steering. Sometimes that can happen with tractors that have hydrostatic power steering.
@@Randys_Relics oh ok thank you cause this model b has free steering without it running spin's all the way around.
@@rickwatson7423 but it doesn't spin when it is running?
@@Randys_Relics don't know yet just bought it for $500
