Thank you very much for the nice comment ♥ The infusion of turmeric in olive oil was 25 gr of dried turmeric per 400 gr of oil. The amount of liquid in my recipe was a total of 350 grams, which I divided into 200 grams of water, 100 grams of puree and 50 grams of yogurt. Maybe this is enough?
