Hello and welcome to the Pride & Pearls Cardigan Knitting Tutorial where I'll show you how to knit this beautiful cardigan. WIth this video as a guide you'll be able to confidently complete this knitting project, I recommend that you have the pattern with you as you watch the video as it will make more sense :) Or, you can watch this video first to see all the steps and techniques used in this pattern and then decide if this is a prokect you're feeling up to, I know you can do it :))

8 month already! Nice to have your baby in the spring, when all the baby animals are coming as well, and the buds and the birds.... I had my child in October, so was very big through the hot summer months, I don't recommend. I've seen you in this sweater many times, but it didn't read as quite so pink, I think the sunlight is very flattering to the colour.

En ymmärrä, miten sun käsiala näyttää niin löysältä. Mä luulin, et mun käsiala on löysää, kun mun pitää ottaa aina numeroa pienemmät puikot ja silti meinaa tulla liian iso koko kaikesta. Mut sulla on näyttäis olevan vielä paljon enemmän tilaa työskennellä. 🤔 Näyttää siis tosi rennolta ja mukavalta tavalta neuloa, mäkin haluun! ❤

I would love to make this, but please give another alternative, more budget friendly yarn. I added up everything, and I'm now way past $1000 Canadian to make this. Why? Maybe without the mohair stuff. Any ideas would absolutely be helpful. Thank you. 😊
Oh this is a true beauty, you are a true genius. Do you have any recommendations for a true wrap sweater which would involve a thread through sash, commonly called a ballerina Wray, very simple design but can’t seem to find one that isn’t a faux wrap.

Hey! I love this cardigan. It looks so cute. I would like to try making it and was wondering... Because of my budget I would opt for working with just one DK yarn strand instead of combining fingering and lace. Does it affect the end result (texture, fabric etc...) a lot?

I bought the pattern to this beautiful cardigan and so far I enjoyed the instructions. But now that I arrived at D1 I noticed that there might be something missing? Because the 1/2 RC and 1/2 LC that are written there do not line up with the stiches. As I looked closer to the pattern on the photos it must be a different pattern than in the back. So the instructions 1/2 RC and 1/2 LC musst be different. Could you help please? I really want to finish it and not have wasted my money on the instructions. 😢

Can someone help me with the Ivy sweater? I’m making the size corresponding to Chart A. The pattern calls for a 6 stitch cable but only has 4 stitches in pattern. So the cable in Chart A should be 2/2 LC, NOT 3/3 LC. ? Or what is right?❤

I just started knitting and only knew crocheting as well but it's actually pretty easy only part is things are way more expensive. For the patterns it's cheap. What you need to make this is not affordable at all. I'm trying to look up other ways to make it but it will not come out in the same look. But do learn it's really fun.
Hi Kika!! And all Kika-Fans! I do comment here because I need urgent help with a pattern from the Book "Knit this" : the Juki Sweater. I just don't know where to get help for this!! I knitted the sleeves and the body, now it goes to joining it all and it says: "Knit xx body stitches, then bind of 8 stitches from the body together with 8 stitches from the first sleeve, knit xx sleeve stitches, knit xx body stitches, bind of 8 stitches from the body together with 8 stitches from the second sleeve." (This is not the official English translation, my book is in German and I translated it! Maybe someone has the official version ....?). I just don't see how I can bind off those stitches together and then continue on knitting the sleeve stitches and body stitches; after binding off together the working yarn strand is on the wrong side?! I searched everywhere on the internet and no one is binding off together those stitches together! They all bind them off separately and the sew them together in the end, and that's how I did before on other sweaters ... PLEASE PLEASE, I would be very thankful for your help!!
