I started tracking my expenses in 2018, and budgeting a year later (it was all God because I just saw a friend do it and I decided to give it a go. I didn't even watch any videos). Anyway, 5 years on and I love budgeting and knowing where every coin is going. Doing this has made me feel in control of my life.

Anyway good advice but in my opinion the problem with black families at least in my country is lack of financial acumen and not earning enough excerbated by the problem of alcoholism or reckless lifestyle
True and false. Mostly true. I get a headache just thinking about that last part of alcoholism and reckless lifestyles 😢. I also come from an area where alcoholism is rampant especially among young men (20s-early 40s). Devil is a liar!
So true David, our culture has never been so wise when it comes to financial freedom. I'm struggling to get my family to change the lifestyle 🤦
