@@JLLIFEOFFROAD lol What's wrong with cleaning it up and making it look nice after getting out it shows Character And if you have nice stuff won't get dirty When traveling or buying something new are used And it shows how strong Somebody is to have something fun and make it look presentable And shows How the person takes care of their family and themselves Taking care of stuff saves money to enjoy for something else our future

Looks cool but rattles would get to me. A bit of advice would be to disable to power lock to the tailgate otherwise if your doors are on someone can just hit the power lock and open the tailgate. Thanks for the video! Hope to catch you out on the trails sometime.
Power locks turn off after a minute or so... then requires the keys to get it to work again

Am looking at getting a 2 dr softtop and like too many cities these days, mine has a quite large homeless/drug addict population so this would be great for leaving the gym bag in the Jeep while grocery shopping and such. Couple of questions;
1) Does the soft top still lie down on it if the trunk is up and in use?
2) Every photo I've seen of this trunk has the rear seat folded up and out of the way, including when this trunk is lying down flat. Can the rear seat be used if the trunk is down and flat?

Not sure, don’t have the soft too bag, I don’t feel comfortable saying one way or the other
Hi again Misty, question. At 14:39 you demonstrate the limited ability to lift the tailgate storage area's cover when the EZTrunk is installed. That said, would lifting the EZTrunk's horizontal surface up--when it's in the lowered configuration shown, allow you to lift the tailgate storage area's cover higher, or not?

Hey Dave thanks for the question, it’s a good one. Unfortunately lifting the top would not allow the tailgate storage to open further. At 9:35 you can see the area that is the back of the enclosure is just as wide as the top which is mounted to the body.

I can now see, as you mention, that the section of sheet metal from the EZTrunk that forms the vertical rear when it is deployed (i.e. not flat) sits in part on top of the tailgate storage area's cover when the EZTrunk is flat, and therefore, lifting the portion of the EZTrunk that forms the horizonal member, when the EZTrunk is in its flat configuration, won't allow the tailgate storage area's cover to be lifted higher.

Well so far, no rattle, but haven’t vigorously tested... when it’s closed up.. it’s all held together with magnets... but we will review it in the future, this was an install/ overview
The only real down fall to me is the fact it doesn't use all the space up , the price point is nice but I think the Diabolical Slipstream is the way to go . I ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY LOVE MINE !!!! THANKS for the video
