At my last comp, I got the worst cube shape imaginable, so it was a 49. And then, a few solves later, I got a pop, which made that solve a 54. I got a counting 49 in a 33 average, which put me in 8th place, so i barely made it to finals

this pretty much happened to me in my last comp but with 4x4
1st solve the inner edge popped out and it took 3 minutes to put it back in so i just dnfed
after it was fixed i solved it in 58 seconds which would have been my pr but it didn't count because it was dnfed
5x5 was after 4x4 and because of the pop i was the last person solving and group 1 of 5x5 was starting and i was in group 1 but i was still doing my last 4x4 solve
