Is not so tight i think. I can rotate the shaft easily with two fingers. It looks tight because the bearing press fit on the shaft and I had to tighten the nut with higher torque
My bearings were not press fit but the races had no movement. With that being said my pre load didn't come close to as much as your spindle is getting. I noticed right away how fast my spindle was heating up so I loosened the spindle to where there is barely any pre load just a nudge with a wrench after hand tightening.

What is the shaft starting torque? That seemed to be very tight for a tapered bearing assembly.
