Is this reinvented only for AT 3000 & 4000? What about Netally LR10G? Are there any new changes in the future in this year? Sent few emails and requested a demo but no reply..
Hi looking at getting the AT 4000 but want to compare it to the nxg model is there a difference beside needing to get the additional wifi adapter for the 4000?
O k my biggest question here is one that came from when I bought a link runner one thousand. Now I didn't know all your features.Or how to get to certain things?When I first thought it was my first time using your model. Now I called into your help line.And they had absolutely no idea How to use their own device. I had to learn by trial and error. I still have the email as proof. So , my question being is , if i'm gonna shell out some more money For the new model are your personnel gonna know how and what to do and how to walk me through the use of the new model? Because I don't see a lot of videos or walk through.I see a few.

These demos make me cringe, a teams video call is the best you can do to demo a product that you want your customers to drop 4000+ 😂
