      Prithvi Prakash they have explained the sweeper keeper so I guess the role of the GK is covered

      Prithvi Prakash U can find the geggenpressing video that they have done which explains various high pressing tactis such as pep(man city), klopp(liverpool), Tuchel(Botussia Dortmund- After Klopp era) and pochettino(Tottenham)

      Prithvi Prakash the tactical importance of the CDM is explained in the Regista video. as well as the old CH (Centre Half) in the old 2-3-5 tactic

      Rodolfo Gaming
      1) When I say sweeper I mean the old obsolete defensive position which Ronald Koeman used to play.
      2) I'm talking about different types of pressing: Like pressing spaces, pressing triggers, cutting passing lanes, etc.
      3) Yeah the regista is covered, but I'm talking about a DM or 6 like Busquets who is sort of like a pivot who plays on the full turn with 1 or 2 touches at most generally. Breaking play, recycling possession and treading the ball forward.

    A video on Sergio Busquets's tactical awareness and his importance to Barcelona would be appreicated.

    • @yesiamadorito
      @yesiamadorito 8 років тому +160

      ***** You don't understand football then. The difference in barca without him is so clear. The midfield is in shambles, the players don't have someone to rely on, someone who can play the ball even when under immense pressure. There's messi and iniesta but who else?

    • @nicodominguez5898
      @nicodominguez5898 8 років тому +26

      well the few times that I've watched Barcelona (not a big fan of them or laliga lol) I think that Busquets is more of a deep lying playmaker, a regista (like Pirlo, Xabi Alonso and Carrick) but that is a bit more committed to defence. Even in the few games I've seen I've very rarely seen him move upfield

    • @yesiamadorito
      @yesiamadorito 8 років тому +82

      Nico Dominguez He's an achor, not exactly a regista like pirlo. He conducts the play, almsot every ball from defence to mid goes through him but i get your point. Busquets is easily the best at what he does

    • @crupo123
      @crupo123 8 років тому +100

      Wasn't Messi shite w/o Xavi and Iniesta? and when Iniesta/Xavi on form, he's shite w/o Messi.
      Apparently only in Barcelona all the players are shite and still winning trophies. levels.

      Alex Ferguson wasn't just Manchester United manager he was Manchester United for 26 years. Players came and went, owners came and went different investors came and went but Alex Ferguson was the constant for 26 years. No other manager held as much sway in a club than him. You cant just replace him that easily. What would have been better for United is if he groomed a successor in one of his players eg Giggs, Scholes, Gary Neville becoming his assistant for 5 or 6 seasons before retiring, the shock of a United without Ferguson would not have been as great.

      Velverde is the reason messi didn't win cl in 2019, messi was so pumped up, he just needed a better support system... Klopp was a great coach....

      That's easy mate :
      June - buys a high profile player "we will win the league. Thank you Wenger"
      September - qualifies group stage in Champions League. Again
      December to January - players got injured "we'll still win League cup"
      April - won League Cup. Finishes at no.3 or 4 in the Premier. "Wenger Out"
      Repeat each season.

    Recently, West Ham faced Huddersfield town in the Premier League. It was the 4th fixture of the season and West Ham were 0-3 in games lost. You could tell by the atmosphere that there was a potential sacking for Slaven Bilic if they lost at home against the recently promoted side. At some points in the game Andy Carroll would drop off to midfield to get the ball out off desperation to score (which made made laugh when you said the last statement about him hahaha). The west ham players poured their heart out and ended up winning 2-0. I believe Ayew scored and assisted off the bench. Anyways fun fact of the time Carroll became a false 9. Love your videos!

    Alexis Sanchez-The most "false" false none out there
    Instead of just dropping deep (which he does,until the centre backs can find him sometimes),he ventures towards wings creating overloads on the wings and the wingers and Ozil to run inside to force the opposition to either tighten up the midfield (allowing space for fullbacks to push up) or concede possession to Ozil,who is one of the most dangers players out there when in between lines.
