I’m gonna have to say if you can carry it on do that. Otherwise you’re probably going to want to do some extra stuff on the inside of the case. My main concern would be the gpu pcie connect bending someone. In other words…. That needs to be your carry on at all cost. Not sure if it fits if they do the size test thing.
hello, thank you for your video. have you ever had problems with airport security when taking this desktop pc as hand luggage? have you already done it several times without problems? I would like to build myself a mini ITX desktop so I can take it in my hand luggage on the plane (I would put the screen, keyboard and mouse in the hold luggage)
@bober9871 Thank you for your reply! What is the total weight of your desktop? Mine will probably exceed the 8kg allowed in hand luggage, do you think that will pass?
i dont have this rig anymore so i cant say. but my bacack is usually over 25kg, at least in europe they dont check your hand laggage weight so i dont mind@@amvcnt4453
Did you leave your GPU in ? Im planning to take it as carry on and wanted to remive the gpu but ine screw is stripped and i don't have the equipment to deal with that.
I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner, but I'm not getting notifications for some reason. Yes I did pass it even tho I had 280mm water cooling in the case
No... number one - not a normal sized backpack. number two- no space to put anything else you need including a 15.6" portable monitor, keyboard, mouse, cables, headset. How do I know? Because I built an OG VELKA 3 case and everything I mentioned barely fits in a standard backpack. A for effort tho
I think it depends on what you want. If it's air travel, then the essential thing is to keep the most fragile things with you instead of checked in bag, so case , monitor. I would want keyboard and mouse as possible secondary.
@@bober9871 I have the Asus 17 inch, it has its own bag and is kind of fragile, so I'm not sure yet if I'd pack them together, thanks for the reply, I just ordered the Meshroom s for my 4090 and might need this type of bag
This is why I love small form factor cases, you can bring them anywhere, which you can do for a bigger pc, but it's just easier
That is what I was looking for, perfect video thanks man ! To be sure, that is a nr200 right ?
Sorry for the late response. but yes, this is nr200
hhh so am I
bold of you to assume that I carry my pc around like a lunchbox
i know it fits but is it safe for air travel though
Same problem no solution yet

Where do you fit the monitor?

????
I menaged to pack ssupd meshlicious pc with 16 inch graphic tablet/monitor so it's still packable
