Tightens, meaning the exit of the corner becomes narrower.. so it's an instruction to keep it clean and tidy at the exit of the corner

What method use to shift car to other long places

Meaning transport the rally car to rally venue? If yes, then it goes on a flat bed..
Used on public roads only during the rally weekend to drive between stages.
