did my carburetor on my 84 Nissan 720 a couple days ago. Had leaking accelerator pump ended up with one more leak from the fuel inlet my gasket kit didn't have a gasket for the accelerator pump and or the outer gasket for the fuel bowl.. would like to get a piece of glass for mine, just has a sight hole. My carb didn't have that tiny fuel filter for the fuel inlet tube.

2 versions of this carb......one had an electric anti diesel solenoid and the one you have which I think is also an anti diesel solenoid

Good job, they are a fussy carb. did you adjust choke, float level, idle speed, and idle mixture as per sheet in rebuild kit?
I did, but I think the carb needs to be replaced.

Check balls.. where did they go?
It didn't have any when I first took it apart, which is probably why it ran so poorly.
