As a Hungarian it always feels nice when non-Hungarians cover topics so integrated to my/our culture and history, and also it was nice hearing a more objective approach to this topic. Hungarians can get very biased about this topic I feel like 😅. Coincidentally I just started reading-reading one of my favorite novel, “The slave of the Huns” (which I highly recommend to anybody interested in Attila and the Huns) when the algorithm recommended me this video. I love how Attilla, Spartacus and Boudicca became beloved figures against the classic Roman Empire after it fell proper in the 400s. (Western, Eastern took longer) Would we even know about them if the Roman Empire never fell?

No additional settings on my youtube menu (using android samsung tablet), so activated desktop mode (in browser) and the youtube additional settings menu option then becomes available. Switched the youtube stable volume setting to off... back to mobile mode on browser to watch vid... shall find out now

I’ve been listening for years. I absolutely love your content. And I agree with turning the “stable volume” setting off. However, I notice that in the past few installments you seem to have changed your microphone and recording setting. There is the slightest delay and a hint of reverb. Personally, I think it detracts from your soothing vocal tone. It sounds just a tiny bit mechanical.
