Two thumbs up, one for Tony, one for Exodus
The biggest mistake you can make..is thinking that no one is thinking the same as you..I have hunted many states and there will be someone there or they have been there..these videos and strategies are listened to by many. There is nothing uncovered anymore. The playing field is very level…you just have to find the one small detail someone has overlooked..saddles draw more hunters than deer lol
I’m not sure if there’s anyone I’d rather hear talk about deer more than tony Peterson
Tony is a master of E-Scouting. great info!
Always enjoy content from tony. Hes a great guy
Here’s the thing.. on the public land I’ve been on, which is probably 25-30 different pieces in the thumb of Michigan, there’s no places where humans don’t go, you could get back miles deep into the thickest, nastiest stuff, crossing rivers and all, and run into a friggin ladder stand that is STILL standing in April! As of this moment exactly, I know of 13 ladder stands, countless other stand sites, and marked trees with yellow duct tape, heck even glowing spray paint on every other tree all the way to their stand location..
Michigan is a different animal!
@@chadsyl23 It’s tough that’s for sure, even private land hunting is tough lol depending on your neighbors of course.. but between my dad and I, we still manage a good buck every year, biggest one of my life has been a 150-160 gross MI buck, but it was too good to pass up for the neighbors leasee and he stole it while I was tracking it.. I was 17 at the time
I’ve hunted Michigan public land my whole life and what you just explained is exactly what I’ve experienced too. You’ll wade through the thickest nastiest stuff and just when you think you’ve gotten past everyone, you look and there’s a ladder stand.
@@EncouragingChristFollowers I hate to admit it but it’s gotten so much worse since guys like THP and all.. everyone thinks they are the next Dan infalt lol not in Michigan my friends sorry
Title should be asking Tony how I should scout/hunt the areas I have planned to hunt this year.
This is the reason why I now own (5) Renders…no brainer. My cameras are in a different state, and it costs me close to $100 round trip, plus time…👍🙏🦌🏹
So cool you guys putting stuff out thanks for all the help
I wish I was better at scouting. Still consider my self pretty new. Only have hunted a couple years. Only one deer under my belt. Little 7 point.
Walked 1.6 miles through bluff country to get away from hunters only to see a button buck. 😢
Well there’s people who hunt deer with dogs in Mississippi. I’d say trail cams are the least of the worries
Awesome videos guys 🤘
Great interview thanks Toney and Chad !
Regarding the trail cam question i think they should be limited to private land use only nothing worse than going to a piece of public land just to see the woods littered with trail cams and (in Illinois) illegally placed permanent stands
Great info!!!!
Likewise.
Where can I see Tony's hunts?
Check out the MeatEater YT channel!
Cell cameras don't kill deer.
Second
Huh
Come to ohio I'll put your kids on there first bird
18:16 Iowa hunters are gonna be triggered lol
I’ve never even heard of this guy 🥱
