Thanks for the video, Kevin! I've ordered the ingredients and will be trying it out next week. If I also want to make an alcoholic version alongside it, could I use the same procedure but use vodka instead of water? Or would you recommend another approach (e.g. replacing a part by 96% alcohol)?
Hey Kevin. Thanks for this! Unrelated question. I’m getting back into the clarified mojito recipe and was curious if it’s possible able to make that lime mint cordial by starting with lime super juice and eliminating a bunch of the steps for the cordial. Wasn’t sure how to calculate the volume Any way to make it even easier??? 😊
Zero rum is essentially just sugar syrup. If you don't already know how you'd use that in other, non-alcoholic drinks after watching even a handful of these videos, you're probably beyond being helped anyway...
@@mdbbox5660 I was half-joking there, but it turns out you lot actually DO need everything said explicitly to you out-loud, huh? The point is if you know what normal rum goes well with, and you know the tastes that normal sugar syrup enhances, zero rum would work well with normal rum pairings that err towards the sweeter sugar syrup side. And if you watch this channel, you should know those pairings well already. Or would you like those spelt out explicitly too because you can't work out basic things on your own?

I'd also be interested in creating flavorings / tinctures using alcohol as a solvent. With as little flavoring as you would use for a drink, they're effectively zero ABV as far as the government is concerned, but they can carry so much more flavor than water or even glycerine.

Just talked this week about making our own alcohol-free gin at work from the ZERO Alinea Book, what a coincidence! Cheers
This one was the closest of all zero alcohol drinks I've ever tried! 🤩
Wow... Fantastic video ! I hope, you gonna make more ZeroABV or LowABV themed videos !
Thanks!
What if you sous vide juniper berries with the rest of the botanicals?
Finally I can make Zero Negroni! Perfekt för my birthday! 🎈🥃🥃
Cheers! And happy birthday when you have it! 😉🥂
Happy birthday!
🥃🥃 Cheers Kevin!
Cheers!
How about a non alcoholic mezcal, going to try the gin this weekend, 🥃🥃
Would using milk to clearify the gin-mixture help to give the gin a clearer look?
How long does this beverage stays on the shelve ?

I don't like most of the Negroni's ingredients, but I'd be curious to try a couple of [TUMBLERS] of your zero version, maybe I'd enjoy it more!
🥃🥃 I would love to see a zero Aperol! Nowadays with the decent non alcoholic bubbles available it could make a wonderful A-zero-L Spritz! Cheers 😄
Why did you blend the juniper balls and not put them with everything else?
