What are your thoughts on this program? I'm thinking of running it for a cut/off season phase after I end my bulking in a month or so. Is it enjoyable?

this is one of the most lame things ive ever seen. this is exactly the kind of programming i would expect from a powerlifter if they tried to make a "hypertrophy program." if you like training like this thats cool but i suspect its not good promotional material for people to want to bodybuild naturally
You have to back up this wild claim lol. I don't see a single ineffective exercise. Weighted dips, weighted pullups, rows, pec deck. What does your hypertrophy training even look like? Serious question
