I’m still holding my alts from 2 years ago… but I’ve been dollar cost averaging into BTC only. Right into cold storage. The more I studied BTC the more I realized lots of alts are going to zero. I started listening to Jeff Booth and never came out the rabbit hole since.

I hate to tell you this as someone who loves your level headed commentary, but your investing strategy is truly terrible. You would be much better off investing in a total market index rather than individual stocks and not trying to time the market month to month. I wont even comment on the crypto, which has an intrinsic value of zero. You will really regret this strategy you've chosen as you come closer to retirement and realize how much better off you'd be in a total market type index fund type situation that you didn't try to time so much. It's also regrettable that you take money to advertise select stocks, as no company actually worth investing in long term has to pay people to do so.
I always buy VOO and VTI every week. As far as crypto I regret not buying in 2019 when I knew I should’ve.
@@SilverBritches Every dollar you spend on crypto that will go to $0 would have had the chance to compound over decades in the named tickers, so it's a very costly gamble. Crypto doesn't even move with nasdaq tech stocks like it used to, nor precious metals. It will trade sideways at best before its final capitulation as rates continue to rise and stay higher for longer.
Your recommendation is to buy index funds at the end of a bear market? Lol. Bitcoin going to zero? Lol.
Like I said above, I’m not losing out on this bull run that repeats every four years. The fed will have no choice but to cut rates next year in order to stimulate the economy out of the recession just in time for the bitcoin halving.
@@SilverBritches The fed is not even done raising rates, not even close. To assume they will cut when CPI is still 250% higher than target and the labor market remains strong is a fools errand. If they do, there will be another wave of inflation even stronger then the first and you will want food and other goods, not bitcoin. Betting on a fed pivot when they repeatedly say they will not until they reach 2% is not a smart strategy.

I am too old to take high risks. No bitcoin for me. I am on the sidelines and have been since last November. If a buying opportunity arises I will take another look at gold. To me, gold is just a place to safely save. But, the price has to be right.

When it comes to cryptos,I look at the time/price trajectory. When you tap on “ALL” in time charts Bitcoin,Ethereum and Cardano have matching trajectories.Just my observation.
Yes and Solana is following the same trajectory as Eth did.
@@SilverBritches Solana came out in 2020 so it’s relatively young(not that it’s bad).Yes,solana did the same in 2021 as bitcoin or Ethereum.The only reason why I went with Coinbase and NOT other exchanges was because it’s been around since 2012,it works pretty well,new updates come often.Been on. Coinbase close to two years,can’t complain.Cardano came out in 2017 as most already know.Charles Hoskinson seems cool.That’s just me.

Good to see you back. I'm not as positive about this market as you; considering this country is entertaining going to war with both Russia and China, while sending a trillion dollars off to Ukraine. We are literally printing new money daily while the world is de-dollarizing. The debt ceiling has risen.
Nonetheless, I hope your instincts are right. Because if not, we may be witnessing an unraveling of the financial system, as well as society in general. 'Keep grinding on your stack' 😉

This year I’ve been feeling good about the higher highs and the higher Lows. My powder was dry in April and I’m just now starting to buy again as of the second week of May through out June ..I do feel a dip in June caused by the next interest rate hike as well as a debt ceiling agreement being made in Congress, which will falsely inflate the dollar and cause Precious Metals to go dip again, but look out for the rest of the year. Precious Metals are looking good.
I hope they’re coming down but it’s a 50/50 shot 😆
