Thanks. Thing is, I always thought this building should have been residences & hotel. It was branded something else during construction, which is solely a rental only residences property. However, HOW it all changed, made me lose interest completely, and I feel it's the same for many others. I got messages from people on IG at how upset they were. This is an example of what NOT to do in property development (the developers are experienced and it made me start to question them), make SURE you have your plan thoroughly sorted before even breaking ground. And the name is NOT marketable for it's area to do "AirBNB". It'll get bookings just due to it's location.
Great video the gym alone would make me want to move in and the views especially in the first condo you showed were amazing you get the city the arena etc really nice place
