Hey... im getting tick tick sound on every cold starts and it will gradually fades as the engine heats. I noticed this after the change of engine oil (motul). Is this the same issue presented in this video?

Bahut bada expert mechanic lag raha hai, Bina feeler gauge ke tappet / valve clearance adjust kar liya 😂
Owner manual ko refer karna ek baar, bahut minor adjustment hota hai... Agar sahi clearance nahi diya toh valve damage bee ho sakte hain... 🙏

1 liter engine oil dala apne kam nehi ho geya ?? 1.2 liter to dalta hai.
Nahi bhai 1 ltr nahi bhara hai Extra bhi bhara hai... 1200ml se jyada hi dalna padta hai

tappet adjustment filler shims/ gauge se karna chahiye. Apka mechanic aacha hain but proper tools nahi hai. aisa haat se andaza lagage ka kam ho jayega lekin quality kam nahi hoga..
kuch din baad tappet noise firse ayega..

Right he needs to use a feeler gauge or the valves might bend and damage ur whole engine.better to have loose tappets then overtight ones

Karthik is the best mechanic for XPulse. He understands how to repair the bike even Hero guys do not know... So happy to see him work. I wish there were many Kartiks around... I would like a 3 D xerox copy of him in Bangalore.

sir tbh ese mechanics INDIA me jitne v brands hai un sabhi brands ke har ek service center me hona chahiye... atleast customer ki sunkar sara kaam badhiya se karke complete satisfaction deke bhej te hai... company ke mechanics chahe toh bahar ke mechanics kabhi chalenge hi nahi lekin ye sab bekar ke jaldi me hi rehete hai.. jaldi jaldi nipta ke bhej dete hai

Sir sure xpulse is cheap in price but also cheap in quality, see so many parts changed not even done 50000km. Hero has disappointed
Brother you are not wrong but you have also 5 year engine warranty so replace it free of cost 😁 etna rough ride bhi to hum xpulse hi krte hai.. now Himalayan ke replacement krna mahanga kaam hai..

@@RiderShakti I think parts like chain sprocket and wear and tear are ok, but engine should be strong like tank, it should take any kind of abuse. Like xpulse have issues with engine head, these issue are OK after 50000km. People have ridden Ns200 ktm bikes over 1Lakh km but still engine has zero issues.

You have to get it changed from the service centre. They will do it for free.

Diesel use kiya tha mix petrol ke sath..

1.15L is mandatory for xpulse and I am always using around 1.15L.. thanks for your comment
