Love JB take. I had a friend of mine come talk to our high school team. He was a seal team six operator and he was coming to talk about teamwork. I thought a the kids would listen to him because he’s a straight killer but also he knows how important good teamwork is and how effective it can be. At the end of the day you have to ask yourself what value is this bringing to the team and is this person an authority on this particular topic

You meet people where they are! I see no difference between an athlete or an entertainer speaking with kids. Have you seen the records of some of the athletes our communities have in-front of kids?
