Yes, he's pretty good, and I appreciate his passion, but... he really needs to stop interrupting and talking over guests. The part where Coach Brown is trying to explain something, and Theo keeps going on about this picture where the team is wearing ice skates, catchers mitts, etc. Okay, it's kind of funny, but is it worth interrupting the guy while he's trying to answer YOUR question? Could you not have waited politely until there was a natural pause in the conversation? You can clearly see Coach Brown is annoyed by the interruptions, too, but he keeps his composure. And it's not just Theo, it's constant with a lot of radio and TV hosts. It's like they feel like they have to keep putting themselves over at the expense of the guests? I also like Jimmy Fallon, but he does this ALL the time. There was a good example where he had Christoph Waltz on the show, and Waltz is trying to explain an aspect of Austrian culture, but Jimmy would rather interrupt to make jokes about a stupid elf-on-the-shelf. Annoying!
Hey man you really need to work on letting people talk. I couldn’t even get through this video. Not that you’re a bad host, you just need to more courteous towards your guests. Never be afraid of criticism! It’ll make you better at your job

Calling out people's names doesnt necessarily display leadership unless you accept it. Everyone doesnt accept that and that is not how you groom leaders regardless if it is sports, military, or corporate.
You are as good as the staff you hire to guide your program! You as the HC should have faith in the coaches you hire so when you delegate responsibilities you know jobs are taken care of! How good of a teacher are you at the end of the day not how good of a play caller you think you are! It all falls on your shoulders and you take ownership when the ship has sunk not call out the crew and the passengers! And why would you change? Evolution my guy! If you are complacent you become stagnant! And you breed the vibe you feel. That’s the reason you butted heads with so many! They became just like you and were blaming everyone else for their temporary failures instead of learning from someone who could continue to rise from adversity! JB thinks he has risen far enough and can’t learn from those who surround him year after year! Learning from today’s kids is the greatest tool to teach them!
He’s coaches in the JUCO world, I.e. community colleges. They get the worst of the worst athletes. Bad upbringings, bad grades, bounce back kids from Another University, etc... But this guy, and granted it’s a tough job dealing with these kids, has a controversial way of coaching. He’s an emotional roller coaster, and his teams reflect that on and off the field. I’m sure JB has good intentions, but it’s a complete Shit show of a team. Starts with the coach, bottom line.

If u dont do anything wrong they cant tape your not going to get in trouble!!!!!! I had a hard coach and never heard him cuss or tell and kid or coach to get off the field or try to fight another team... So many things he has done is outrageous and those “young” coaches saw it!
