Anno 117 looks interesting. I recently got Anno 1800 which is a better city builder than cities skylines 2 which even with the recent update which added practically nothing is still a big scam, their team is probably spending all their time in cities skylines 3 because they have made little to no progress in updates
I will get Espiocracy, come hell or high water! I've been waiting for a Cold War Grand Strategy Game for so long now that not buying it is simply NOT an option!
13:26 I will say that technological development wasn't really a theme of Anno until Anno 1800 since there was rapid technological and cultural changes in that era. Previous games like 1404 and 1701 were much more focused on the theme of societal and cultural development whereas the technology throughout the games stayed more or less the same.
Howdy Pixel. Have you tried Zephon yet? It’s a small scale 4x game similar to Civilization and the only way to win is to make peace with everyone or defeat all other opponents. Some of the reviews say it is like 40k Gladius since it’s made by the same developers.
All look really good ( except cough civ .. ) will defo get the first three and Anno and the last two one that was missed that looks awesome is Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus II
I'm not even looking at the HOMM release unti long after user reviews are out. The last 2 iterations in the series have had game breaking bugs and Ubisoft haven't even tried to fix them. Once bitten, twice shy.
How can you have an indie game made by three people that you can play in any one of 150 different countries a game that has a million tiles such a game would take a team of about 2000 to even begin to make it small indie games have destroyed the simulation game market completely because you cannot make a decent simulation game if you're have a team of three people
Seeing as I now hate Paradox with a burning passion for moving Vicky 3's skill floor out of my reach and basically robbing me via update and I wish them all the worst as a company and hope their crappy 2024 year extends into perpetuity and they get bought up by a crappy company and ruined and get shut down, I'd really appreciate games that don't look like Paradox's crappy map painters. Anyway, most of these will probably release into early access and spend years actually becoming playable. It's sad when Civilization is probably going to be the thing that approaches complete for the time being. Yes, I'm very soured.
I've been waiting for Espiocracy for sooooo long

If falling frontier comes out this year it would a miracle
I gave up on that game in 2022. And 2023. And 2024...
@@dangbar200 I did to
Thank you very much for adding Kaiserpunk to your video, we do appreciate it a lot!🙂
Although I am looking forward to civ I am interested to see how anno pax Romana considering the Ubisoft troubles
i find it funny that grey eminence does take the colours of eu 4 for the most part ^^
I want that game to drop in, because the part that annoyed me about crusader kings was the inability to allot specific areas of land.
Haven't heard of the first 2. Looking forward to Tempest Rising, Espiocracy, Anno 117.
True
It’s been crazy being an RTS fan these past few years
Pumped for CIV 7 and Anno
Civ 7 and Homm in the same year. On top of classic mop. My poor family.
You’ve got a really good voice for media
True
Didn't they hold the development of Grey Eminence on May 29th 2023?

What about Gilded destiny??? You compared grey eminence with vic3 when is a Eu4 and did not include Gilded destiny?

I’ve been really excited (almost for too long) for falling frontier. I’m starting to get worried it’s turning into failing frontier.
So hyped for HOMM OE
I think that you shouldve covered project caesar (eu5). It doesnt have any release date, but its got a decent chance of being released in 2025
Gilded Destiny, look into that one!
Grey Eminence is all of Paradox's Games in one. Since it has a longer time thingy, a la the Years are much higher than EU4/HoI4.
Grey eminence will never come out, even devs dont responding
If EU5 comes out in 2025 it will easily be my most anticipated game, but that is likely hopium as it hasn’t even been technically announced yet
6 new wishlistings made and 2 already there

Broken Arrow, Kaiserpunk and Fragile Existence some of the finer games on there - an opinion
Nice

First, ey. Also very good vid.
I thought Grey Eminence has been put on indefinite hiatus? Gilded Destiny looks much more interesting anyway.
Heyo you forgot EU5!

Grey Eminence is sadly dead
Wow
Broken arrow is trash and performs like one and they still didn't fix it. Go play Warno instead ppl
It lives up to it's naming.
Lol sure thing buddy
So true
ok why was slay the spire on this list? it is not a strategy game
im gonna be honest all of these games look like shit expect civ 7 and broken arrow

Theres alot of things to be upset at vicky 3 for. But "being too difficult" is not one of them.
lol git gud
