I like that you actually show the building process. I'm new to the PC version and I've been watching videos on people playing but most of them skip the building parts so im having a hard time learning how it works. This actually gives me an idea and a start.

Good show. Never do get why people buy or run around looking for rope though. Can find animals anywhere. Easy way to get rope.

Just fyi go to the map board at the safe zone, there are green dots that represent the other safe zones and u can travel to them via the map I'm solo on cherno 2 and it's extremely helpful doing loot runs or key runs that are far from base

to see the awareness of open or closed doors to me is strange , i came to DayZ from a game called SCUM, closing doors behind you is a MUST for me, so i wonder how many people i have lured in to a false sense of security by doing this😂
Probably a lot! Most people leave doors open on DayZ😃
Another tip is that izurvive will show you all the plank spawns on map. idk if you're just going for hardcore and looking or not...but just in case there is a better way to find plank spawns

@@NashDayZ Yea its helped me significantly as a solo. my favorite spot is the little industrial just east of stary yar. I always find 2-4 full plank spawns regardless of server! but keep that between you and I

As a solo I love nagornoye. But there’s a super toxic clan there on my server this wipe :(
This server has fast travel to every safezone so u dont have to do the 12km run to zeleno plus eleysium has 3 TP points depends whichone u chose thats where ull end up and thats just a travel card not the actual bunker card but there is a decent loot similar to tisy

I built a fence today, inside one of those barns with one door, and when it was complete, I realised I blocked myself in. I dont have an axe on me and I cant seem to get out or dismantle my wall.
A painful lesson... ALWAYS remember your metal wire and pliers before building the fence. we have all been there.
@@NashDayZ I ended up having to kill myself with my only grenade. I managed to run back there, but of course couldn't get in to get my stuff because of the wall. I suppose that garage will be forever in oblivion.

Hm, so this is not exactly "building from scratch", per se, as you already got a shed as a starting point. I am still searching for a video with ideas and tips for us to really start building walls and stairs to build a fort in DayZ. Anyhow, thanks for the upload, mate! Good luck!

Why didn't you take all those guns and stash them all over the place and take them to the trader and sell for cash??? If you've got no bag making stashes would be the smartest thing to do.
Not on a fresh wipe my friend, running back and forth to stashes would just slow you down, aim is to get inland asap! 😄👍
