1 teaspoon Sesame Oil 1茶匙 麻油
1 teaspoon Corn flour 1茶匙 薯粉勾芡

Ingredients 配料：
4 eggs
Water Ratio to Eggs 1:1 水与蛋比例 1比1
1/2 teaspoon Pepper 1/2茶匙 胡椒粉
2 teaspoon Fish Sauce 2茶匙 鱼露
1 teaspoon Sesame oil 1茶匙 麻油
1 teaspoon Chicken Powder 1茶匙 鸡精粉

1 Tofu 1个豆腐
100g Minced meat 100克 肉碎
1/4 teaspoon Pepper 1/4茶匙 胡椒粉
2 teaspoon Dark soy sauce 2茶匙 酱油
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil 1茶匙 麻油
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce 1茶匙 耗油
1/4 teaspoon Sugar 1/4茶匙 糖
1 teaspoon HuaDiao Wine 1茶匙 花雕酒
1 teaspoon Potato Flour 1茶匙 薯粉勾芡
