Do you not boil the water prior to mixing in the sugar? It isn't obvious in the video on the posted directions but I find it speeds up the process and sterilizes the mixture.
Great question! I’ve tried it both ways, and honestly I have found that just mixing it really well (without boiling) works extremely well! The less we have to heat up the house in the TX heat the better :D
