When you are starting the van from cold in icy conditions,Turn the key all the way to starter position, dash lights, leave it for 20 seconds, turn off then do it again for 2 more times then start. Glow plugs take a bit to heat, should start a lot easier! Even in warmer weather,do it once , you will hear the relay click off after about 20 seconds, that’s the glow plugs turning off. Have a good trip!!

Thank you, in spite of all the emotional, mental, and physical enormous challenges that you faced, you still were kind enough to share it all with us. Love you gals. I am 71 and love watching your vlogs. Merry Christmas and I know 2022 will be an amazing year for you, you’ve earned it. Lol
Hey Gail, thank you and glad you are enjoying the vids, it amazing that we have all you guys with all your wonderful support and messages, we Truly are greatful 😀
Hey Girls, I’m so pleased you got back and really sorry for all your troubles. But it’s all behind you now. I was in the motor trade before I retired last year. One little bit of advice if it’s not done, replace the handbrake cables to be sure as we where always replacing them in these vans as they seize up due to grit and salt of the roads. Spray grease on the joints and moving parts helps too. Hope you enjoyed your Christmas as well. Great video and a big well done. Roly in Manchester xx xx
Wow, just wow! Having watched the trials you went through last Christmas, with one dog (and lots of packed bags) I feared it could be even more traumatic if you'd had to leave Fanny behind this time. We were cheering you on, as your perseverance paid off, especially getting the help from the garage in Germany. Through all this, you still manage to produce a great vlog, with tons of wit and charm. The bit where Emily's description was sped up was classic Camper vibe! All done with great humour, and love. So happy you made it home for Christmas. All the best for 2022, you lovely people and AJ and Summer. x

As you're finding out. I travelled 17 years, 21 countries and 98% of the people in this world are good, kind hearted people. We may pass 100 of them in the street but they are invisible, we only notice the bad person at the end of the street.
Awww, I was a bit teary through that. Lou you are a trooper - so pleased you both now have peace and time to relax after your ordeal. Summer and AJ look so calm, glad you are all safe. Happy Christmas 🥰

Girls, you made my day seeing you back in time for Christmas. You've had an amazing journey, you've spoilt us with your vlogs and retaining your sense of humour through out is simply magical. I wish you a Happy New Year and really look forward to 'coming along on your next trip', although I wouldn't recommend a vlog of Emily's (wolf whistle) being interfered with hahahahah xx way to go girls!
What a relief when you walked into your home. That van has given you too many headaches. Have you considered swapping to a Mercedes Sprinter. Parts are readily available on the continent, and world wide. The coach travel company I used for twenty years used Mercedes Setra coaches because the coaches were in Europe more than in the UK and any breakdown had to be dealt with very quickly. Appreciate the way you keep the real feel to your channel.
It's been a long time since I've checked a channel few times in a day to see if they've uploaded. Honestly you guys are great! The amount of effort you put into your vids even with all this stress is admirable. Merry Christmas!
Wow girls that was amazing episode. I felt like I was watching a movie. It had it all. Suspense. Comedy. Tradegy. The lot!! I just got to say your both really inspiring how you dealt with it all. Hope you have a lovely Xmas and New year. Big hugs for AJ and summer. Xx👍🥳🎅🎄🎈
Glad to see Uz all made it back home ! Just wondered how much you got stung for prices for all the parts ?? I remember when I broke down in France when a Hose burst on the way back from Spain, had to spend 5 days in the town of 'Orange' in Provence waiting for a 'foreign car part' !! (astra)... . The water hose must have been about 4 inches long and connected from the cylinder block to the head, 250 euros for the part and labour !!! Good job my breakdown cover covered the the hotel stay at the time. Hope for better travels to you all Have Good NEW YEAR Richie
A battery monitor is cheap and easy to install. When your voltage drops to 12.2 volts, start the engine and let it charge. If your rig only has one battery, be sure and have a Charged jumper pack on hand. When your battery is reaching the 5 year old mark, swap it out. It's not worth taking a chance. Also, periodically check the tire pressure in your spare. Another recipe for disaster, when you're remote. Happy trails.
Van breakdown? Blimey, I’d say it was a nervous breakdown experience 😱How on earth did you come out the other side smiling girls? You two are amazingly resilient. It’s good that you sorted all this through sheer determination. You deserve a smooth trouble free next year ladies!! I love your channel because it’s not OTT sweet and sugary like some others💕💕
Oh my goodness, the stress you guys went through was immense! I'm so happy that you eventually made it back home for Christmas. Merry Merry Ho Ho to all of you, the furry ones too! :)
If you are going to be in minus weather a "block heater" works great and does the engine good. A heater pad on the sump is a cheaper option which also works well. I have had both, regards Tony
Don't they need Grid electric to be effective overnight? Maybe with an modified alternator that puts out 250 amps and a big bank of batteries and inverter for when there is no place to plug in?
Well done, the content of your channel is fantastic. It reminds us our travel around Europe 20-30 years ago. We also had the occasional mechanical 'adventure' . Simply,, you are a great team, thank you for allowing us to be part of it.
Bloody hell! You guys, I’d have been a total wreck!!! The love and faith you have in one another is so so lovely to witness. Well done for getting through it, hope you enjoyed Christmas. Happy New Year!! ❤️

Well done guys you made it in spite of all the stress. Double whammy situation, battery “cattle trucked” and no handbrake. So you couldn’t park on a slope to bump start the van in the morning. Tight time limits and dog worming and Covid test to get done on the way, but you got there.
That had us on the edge of our seats! And a lot of oh No’s not again. We are totally relieved you got home safely, with your sense of humour intact. 😬 Please vlog the upgrades we have not yet winter proofed our build, it will be really interesting to see you winter proof Fanny.
Brilliant, you made it , well done . You both deserve a endurance medal 🏅. We never could have made it through that ,my husband moans if he gets stuck in a bit of traffic ! I would of jumped ship after the first breakdown !
The B2B maybe be draining your engine battery when engine not running. I have the sterling 1260 but i have 2 breaker switches one from engine battery to b2b and 2 just after before house battery's. My shunt tells me when engine is off the b2b still charging the house battery's for that reason i turn it off .
Jeez ladies, I thought my sister and her wife (who are absolutely infamous for their camping breakdowns in France (they haven't ventured any further yet!!!) - 2 cars (1 with trailer) and 1 van so far!) were bad but you're taking this whole breaking down to a whole new level!!! Bossing it! That was a brilliantly hilarious video, so glad you made it home safely x
So happy you made it home for Christmas! Hopefully you can get the van fixed and cold weather ready and back out on your travels early in the new year. Best wishes to all
Lynn and I are so glad to see you made it home for Christmas, we look forward to seeing your adventures in the New Year, all that's left to say is Happy New year to all. x
So glad you girls made it home for Christmas. You certainly kept us all on the edge of our seats. You can put it all behind you for the time being and enjoy Christmas.Brilliant video made out of several bad situations.Looking forward to the van video’s in the new year wishing you both a happy Christmas and even better new year 🤞🤞
Great video, I haven't seen the next video yet but in the past, I built SVO (special operation vehicles) and was a motorsport mechanic and you did well. Presumably, your camper batteries are chassis earthed so I would suggest a fused link back from the camper batteries to the van battery with a manual cut-out or a dash-switched relay (winch solenoid) as an emergency starting backup. My other advice is to build yourself a van spares kit and stash it onboard... it is way easier to find a mechanic to just fit your parts than a garage to supply and fit in an emergency. Hugs to AJ and the moggy! , All the best Jenna.
Edge of the seat stuff girls, don't need too many of those. Emily - thought you were going to cry but you did a stirling job with the breakdown people. Louise, you held it all together and top marks for driving through the night. Must have been a wonderful feeling putting that key in your front door. See ya next year. Stay safe.
10/10 for trying Emily 😂 Oh, jeez, you both were put through it! I hope your Christmas was kind to repay you...I had sweaty palms just watching and a big smile at the end. It takes guts to be candid and vulnerable like you were, yet you managed humor in the face of adversity...AJ in the hat ❤
Glad you made it home in time for Christmas! Excited to see what you do going into 2022. As one of the issues you had was a flat battery, would it be worth having a seperate battery jump starter? I have a NOCO Boost Plus GB40 in my car incase I run it dead when car camping, but its rated for up to 3.0L Diesel engines so I could use it if / when I get a van, might save you a call out in future if you've run down your starter battery! Even in this instance your battery was dead completely and not holding charge, a jump starter might just help you get going again!
Thanks Matt, not sure what lou has in mind she won't even tell me so I'll be watching the vud she makes as well to find out, few people have suggested that as well 😀 have a great NY
I very much appreciate the videos of the reality of van life. It's not all beauty and glory. I'm very happy to see you safe and smiling and I hope 2022 brings more smiles your way.
Brave women with a dodgy camper van , a patient dog and a skittish cat. Lovely family ,have a great New Years celebration with the extended family in the UK, ……..we will join you in whatever 2022 brings to the world.
No one could say your vlogs are boring! So pleased you made it back in time for Christmas. I hope it was a good one. Looking forward to seeing you back on your travels soon. 🚐
Thank you for taking the time to record, edit and whatever else goes with getting a youtube video up, when obviously there was other more important things to attend to. Please never apologise again for video content whilst it's always good scenery footage, I don't think I'm alone in saying I tune into see you two. You are both so honest and share every moment of van life, which is so refreshing.
That was like Planes, Trains and Automobiles!! That's the most entertaining thing that has been on this Chrsitmas and New Year. First time on your channel and loved it! And your honesty on the other video about vanlife, you just proved it. There are no failures in life only experiencies we learn from. Ive been vanning for many years. Theres nothing wrong in going home and regrouping, and retrhinking and redoing it's what it is all about. I really admire you both for the challenges you faced and overcame them. You both look good together, stayed loved and happy!!
Congratulations on making it , one of the best Clif hangers I've seen on UA-cam you have been on my mind so glad it worked out . Have a happy new year !
Loved the triumphant music heralding the arrival of the AA to tend Fanny's ailments. Even better to see you home for Christmas. Hope it was a very happy time with family.
Absolutely a favorite… My Husband & I live in Oregon & have had a couple of vans but @76&78 we have ordered a new 2022 Revel 4x4…. not going out with a whimper! Have forwarded these to our camper van buddies Joy & Liz.
Cruising the Cut brought me over here and I spent most of the morning watching your most recent videos, great work! I can not wait to see the rest, so happy to have found this channel.
The shop, where you got the new battery from, could have done your rear brakes also, don't rely on brand garages, if you won't buy a new van. Then they are quite happy to help you out, asking to repair an old one (older than 2 yrs!) make them quite reluctant... Glad you made it and just in time! Thx for the vid! :-D
We did ask them, all in all we went to and tried about 6/8 different places in the end but these guys were the only ones that could do it in time, if it was not right on top of Xmas it would have been a different story for all I expect Glad you liked it 😀
Just came across your channel randomly and I am so happy to find people talking about vanlife realities, I couldn't have related more. These situations have happened to me so many times over the past 2 years and sometimes you think its just you that ends up in garage after garage 🤣 Wishing u guys a happy 2022 with no more van trouble, and much more adventure 😊
Im so glad you both arrived home in time for Xmas and safely,we were all worried for you both,it was an amazing video ,you both were so amazing throughout ,and still went through all of that ,and still managed to have a sense of humour ,I hope your Xmas was wonderful in every way .watching your videos throughout the year has been a real joy and I'm sure everyone agrees you two are the best ,we look forward to your 2022 journeys. .
If you're using a hand brake while driving, that would be a hand brake turn... that's why you can drive safely without one! If you're on a steep hill waiting at traffic lights, it's a bit trickier just using the foot brake without the hand brake but not too difficult and worst that happens is you stall it a few times and hold up traffic, but everyone around you would be stationary anyway...
it's 20 past 2 in the morning and I'm sitting here loving every minute of this video. Thank you sooooo much for such an entertaining video. Your smiles and laughter are infectious. Glad you made it back home.
@@campervibe Lol, fantastic. I was up till 5am watching your adventures and laughing out loud at your antics. I'm sure my neighbours will have been going wtf? :) :)
I have the Fiat version of your van and the same thing happened to me during Covid too. But worse! The handbrake lining came off and completely stuffed everything in the wheel. 6 months later the parts arrived in Australia from Italy. Luckily the tow truck driver brought my van to my block of land and I at least had a bit of solar power. Stressful??? Just a bit. Well done for staying pretty chilled 😊
SOOOOO relieved for you when Fanny fired up (and breathe…….). What a pair of troopers!! Such stress and added anxiety when you travel with pets - way to go girls, got there RESULT!
I actually was in a van, where brake pipes broke, and lost ALL brake fluid, so NO brakes (and) the handbrake didn't work either, and made it from Midlands to London and back using clutch and gearbox ONLY, needless to say my ass was puckering ALL the way, no handbrake now is not a big deal to me, having no handbrake is no deal, it's when you have neither you have to worry.. Nice vids people, love the content.
Bet that was a trip and half, for us it wasn't an option not with AJ and Summer in the van and the horrendous noises it was making, they were getting rather scared 😳
I am playing catch up on your channel and have just got to this point in your journey. I know I am a good 9 months behind but still loving the content just the same. I don’t like spoilers so the bell notification is so annoying. Love the banter, it is in true British style. I can’t wait for the next adventure to begin. 👍👍👍👍👍
Glad you made it home girls, that was stressful to watch let alone you guys living it. Enjoy your break and I'm looking forward to see what changes you make to Fanny and I hope the brake fix wasn't too expensive.
What a series of cliffhangers at the end of your journey! You guys kept me on the edge of my seat the whole episode. So glad you made it home in time to have Christmas with your family.
Just watching the two of you figuring things out is a treat!. I'm in US, and I love the "Road" views. I love driving and the views as a driver is so cool to me.
Amazing video, talk about nail biting I was willing Fanny to start so much on the last day and had tears when you finally got to the tunnel. Hope you both had a wonderful Christmas and thank you so much for so much entertainment in 2021!
Hi both. Your channel has given me so much pleasure. My wife died in February after a short illness. We had so many plans before to leave London and start a new adventure. Great your making dreams come true. Glad you arrived in time to spend festivities with your families. All the best for 2022 👭💛
Such a saga but glad you made it back.... not much left to replace on Fanny now surely! Enjoy the festive break, and look forward to seeing your journey continue you next year.
Two resourceful, determined and patient women getting where they want to be on Christmas Eve make the three wise men’s journey look like a walk in the park! Well done and have a peaceful and restful holiday season !
Put it into reverse gear. My partner always does that and we are not on an incline. Never puts it into 1st always reverse. Great video even if you had your problems.
I’m sure you know this but for in case you don’t, there is usually glow plug symbols on the dash. (2 little curled wires) You need to turn the ignition half way for them to power up and heat the engine chambers, then follow through with start when the lights go out.
Seeing this months ago (new subscriber), but I cannot imagine the stress - I think you've dealt with all this so very well... I think I would have eaten 4 box of chocolates - at least!!!
Fair play you two are honest and a hard working pair also very funny 😄 I've had a tough couple of weeks just discovered your duo today thanks for making me smile 😃
Well done ladies getting back to the UK after all the difficulties you encountered give yourselves a big pat on the pack.Looking forward to your 2022 adventures
So it's 4days ish since my last posting and I've seen you both fitting out the van ( well one doing the work and one finding excuses why not to work !!!) I've watched the major breakdown ! The repairs the second German minor break downs the Venice trip and then onto Slovenia and so on .You two are Brilliant your a natural double act and yet the get away single filming is also good ,your both funny, and entertaining, and yet the serious side comes across when necessary so Thank you for a Brilliant channel and I look forward to many more adventures.
I know this was months ago but for future reference if you suspect glow plug problems try waiting for the light to go off, turn off and on the ignition switch and start the engine after the light has gone off the second time. They are easy to diagnose with a multimeter and easy to change if one or more is burnt out.
Thanks for the tip, I always do! The light on ours goes off really quickly, I also wait until I hear the relay click off too. We’ve had them replaced since, I always do them all as well, rather than just the bad ones.
Well done for sharing the real ups and downs of vanlife. I broke down only 20 miles from home the other day in my Peugeot Boxer Auto sleeper and that was stressful enough!
@@campervibe Do you know what it was. After getting low loaded home. The next day I found it was the fuel pump fuse. Annoyingly, I changed it when it wouldn't start with a new one........ Which was duff in the packet!!! Good old Halfords!! 🤣

We will, lou is looking forward to doing them 😀😀
Yes of course you can. Every faith in you both.
I have total faith in everything you guys do 💕all you need is the occasional snack for luck
Thank you both
Brilliant, you made it , well done . You both deserve a endurance medal 🏅. We never could have made it through that ,my husband moans if he gets stuck in a bit of traffic ! I would of jumped ship after the first breakdown !
🤣 so close to jumping ship but we got there and I'm sure you guys would as well
The B2B maybe be draining your engine battery when engine not running. I have the sterling 1260 but i have 2 breaker switches one from engine battery to b2b and 2 just after before house battery's. My shunt tells me when engine is off the b2b still charging the house battery's for that reason i turn it off .
Looking forward to seeing what repairs are needed, and what mods you do.
Soon be revealing 😀
The Christmas decorations are absolutely delightful! Thank you Both!
😆😆 yeah always taking 1 step further, we feel their pain
So happy you made it home for Christmas! Hopefully you can get the van fixed and cold weather ready and back out on your travels early in the new year. Best wishes to all
Let's hope so Sandra 😀🙏
Lynn and I are so glad to see you made it home for Christmas, we look forward to seeing your adventures in the New Year, all that's left to say is Happy New year to all. x
Thank you both, bring on 2022 🥳 have a good one
So glad you girls made it home for Christmas. You certainly kept us all on the edge of our seats. You can put it all behind you for the time being and enjoy Christmas.Brilliant video made out of several bad situations.Looking forward to the van video’s in the new year wishing you both a happy Christmas and even better new year 🤞🤞
It's great its done and dusted and we got home 🥳🥳 have a cracking NY
Stay safe.
Oh it really was, I loved seeing that door for sure 😀 ot was a rough few days but we get through these things together 🙂
AJ ❤ I just love him, him and Summer are what keep up going for sure. Oh I did try but just could not deliver 😆🤦♀️
Aw thanks Sara and you too 🙂😀
You certainally do have adventures in your Campervan. Well done to you both for letting us all come along with you.
Oh my please don't get discouraged!! You'll conquer this and make it back. We're praying that your issues stop. God Bless
Oh we won't, we love it really 😀
Guys you are true troopers.I don't know how you keep so positive despite all the van is throwing at you.
We have each other with does help sometimes 😆😆
Brave women with a dodgy camper van , a patient dog and a skittish cat. Lovely family ,have a great New Years celebration with the extended family in the UK, ……..we will join you in whatever 2022 brings to the world.
AJ and Summer really done well bless them, happy NY to you 😀
No one could say your vlogs are boring! So pleased you made it back in time for Christmas. I hope it was a good one. Looking forward to seeing you back on your travels soon. 🚐
It really was thank you 😊
Thank you for taking the time to record, edit and whatever else goes with getting a youtube video up, when obviously there was other more important things to attend to.
Please never apologise again for video content whilst it's always good scenery footage, I don't think I'm alone in saying I tune into see you two.
You are both so honest and share every moment of van life, which is so refreshing.
We are glad that you do Mandy, its great having you lot coming along with us 😀 hope you have a lovely NY
These videos are much more interesting than the regular travel stuff. It’s all something to think about.
Oh yeah, we try to share as much as possible 😀
I'm glad you share the good, the bad, and the ugly about van travel so we have a realistic view of how it is.
We think its important to for sure, especially with AJ and Summer
That was like Planes, Trains and Automobiles!! That's the most entertaining thing that has been on this Chrsitmas and New Year. First time on your channel and loved it! And your honesty on the other video about vanlife, you just proved it. There are no failures in life only experiencies we learn from. Ive been vanning for many years. Theres nothing wrong in going home and regrouping, and retrhinking and redoing it's what it is all about. I really admire you both for the challenges you faced and overcame them. You both look good together, stayed loved and happy!!
Glad you enjoyed it 😊
It's been great coming home, catching up spending time with family now to get the van ready 😀
Congratulations on making it , one of the best Clif hangers I've seen on UA-cam you have been on my mind so glad it worked out . Have a happy new year !
Aw thank you 😊
At 9 minutes and I am close to tears you can feel the emotions. I'm glad you have each other.
We are glad to have each other also 😀
Loved the triumphant music heralding the arrival of the AA to tend Fanny's ailments. Even better to see you home for Christmas. Hope it was a very happy time with family.
It qas great to get home 😀🙌
Absolutely a favorite… My Husband & I live in Oregon & have had a couple of vans but @76&78 we have ordered a new 2022 Revel 4x4…. not going out with a whimper! Have forwarded these to our camper van buddies Joy & Liz.
Oh wow that will be awesome 😀🥳
Cruising the Cut brought me over here and I spent most of the morning watching your most recent videos, great work! I can not wait to see the rest, so happy to have found this channel.
Oh wow, welcome and glad you are enjoying the vids, bring on new adventures 😀
I really didn't think I'd like this sort of vlog, (subject matter and there's so much content out there) but I became hooked. You have another fan.
🥳🥳🥳🥳
The shop, where you got the new battery from, could have done your rear brakes also, don't rely on brand garages, if you won't buy a new van. Then they are quite happy to help you out, asking to repair an old one (older than 2 yrs!) make them quite reluctant...
Glad you made it and just in time!
Thx for the vid!
:-D
We did ask them, all in all we went to and tried about 6/8 different places in the end but these guys were the only ones that could do it in time, if it was not right on top of Xmas it would have been a different story for all I expect
Glad you liked it 😀
OMG! This video was so emotional. I'm sitting here crying for you both and this happened a year ago. Merry Christmas ladies!
Amazing.....well done.!
😀😀
Just came across your channel randomly and I am so happy to find people talking about vanlife realities, I couldn't have related more. These situations have happened to me so many times over the past 2 years and sometimes you think its just you that ends up in garage after garage 🤣 Wishing u guys a happy 2022 with no more van trouble, and much more adventure 😊
🤣🤣 so glad it's not just us right, good to not be alone 🤣
so glad you finally got home safely and hope you getyour Fanny sorted so she can have some more adventures.
Im so glad you both arrived home in time for Xmas and safely,we were all worried for you both,it was an amazing video ,you both were so amazing throughout ,and still went through all of that ,and still managed to have a sense of humour ,I hope your Xmas was wonderful in every way .watching your videos throughout the year has been a real joy and I'm sure everyone agrees you two are the best ,we look forward to your 2022 journeys. .
Thank you Xmas was amazing and so good to be with family, we hope you have a great NY 🥳😀
Whatever problems you have you always keep smiling. Such a lovely happy couple enjoying life to the full
Aw thanks Steve, hope you had a great NY
If you're using a hand brake while driving, that would be a hand brake turn... that's why you can drive safely without one! If you're on a steep hill waiting at traffic lights, it's a bit trickier just using the foot brake without the hand brake but not too difficult and worst that happens is you stall it a few times and hold up traffic, but everyone around you would be stationary anyway...
Get a Merc van ladies please, can't take the stress
Happy new year and thanks for the videos x
🤣🤣 they all have their issues Sarah 😀
it's 20 past 2 in the morning and I'm sitting here loving every minute of this video. Thank you sooooo much for such an entertaining video. Your smiles and laughter are infectious. Glad you made it back home.
😆😆 our pleasure, glad you are enjoying the vids 😀
Fantastic that you made it in time. What a journey. A now a couple of days rest from all the excitement. You deserve it.
Definitely needed the chill out time 😀
SOOOOO relieved for you when Fanny fired up (and breathe…….). What a pair of troopers!! Such stress and added anxiety when you travel with pets - way to go girls, got there RESULT!
We was so relieved as well Debs 🙂🙂
Yay!!! So happy ya made it home. Catch ya in 2022. Much Love, Kieran & Tania x
See ya then 😀
I actually was in a van, where brake pipes broke, and lost ALL brake fluid, so NO brakes (and) the handbrake didn't work either, and made it from Midlands to London and back using clutch and gearbox ONLY, needless to say my ass was puckering ALL the way, no handbrake now is not a big deal to me, having no handbrake is no deal, it's when you have neither you have to worry..
Thanks Karlos, it's been a lovely break, back tonight though
That was a real rollercoaster to watch! Glad to see you so happy at the end
Love a happy ending Nige 😀
What a series of cliffhangers at the end of your journey! You guys kept me on the edge of my seat the whole episode. So glad you made it home in time to have Christmas with your family.
Glad you enjoyed them 😀
Just watching the two of you figuring things out is a treat!. I'm in US, and I love the "Road" views. I love driving and the views as a driver is so cool to me.
Oh I bet the views out there are pretty amazing as well, so hope we get to road trip around the US one day 😀
Amazing video, talk about nail biting I was willing Fanny to start so much on the last day and had tears when you finally got to the tunnel.
Hope you both had a wonderful Christmas and thank you so much for so much entertainment in 2021!
Thanks Caroline, we had a great Xmas, hope you did as well and hope 2022 is everything you want it to be 😊🙂
Hi both. Your channel has given me so much pleasure. My wife died in February after a short illness. We had so many plans before to leave London and start a new adventure. Great your making dreams come true. Glad you arrived in time to spend festivities with your families. All the best for 2022 👭💛
Aw sorry to hear about your wife, we are glad we can bring a little pleasure for you 😊🙂 I do hope you have some adventures yourself, happy New year
Watching this made my blood pressure go up! I felt stressed and I wasn’t even there! 2022 will be better for you. 👍
🤣🤣 cup of tea or a bit of Chocolate always helps me 🤣 heres to 2022
Such a saga but glad you made it back.... not much left to replace on Fanny now surely! Enjoy the festive break, and look forward to seeing your journey continue you next year.
Enjoy it also Ian and let's hope not 🙏
Really admire your tenacity and positive attitude. Very inspiring. 👍👍👍
Aw thank you 😊
Two resourceful, determined and patient women getting where they want to be on Christmas Eve make the three wise men’s journey look like a walk in the park! Well done and have a peaceful and restful holiday season !
We definitely are Paul, you got that right 💪 lots of rest for sure 🤣 have a lovely one
Thanks, we do and we have one and it goes out 🤣 but thank you for saying though as I'm sure other may not know 😀
A rollercoaster of a video, had me in tears by the end, so pleased you made it home for Christmas. Looking forward to your adventures in 2022.
Aw Duncan, it really was but super happy we got home 🙂🙂
Seeing this months ago (new subscriber), but I cannot imagine the stress - I think you've dealt with all this so very well... I think I would have eaten 4 box of chocolates - at least!!!
Fair play you two are honest and a hard working pair also very funny 😄 I've had a tough couple of weeks just discovered your duo today thanks for making me smile 😃
Glad you discovered us and enjoy the rest of the vids 🙂
Well done ladies getting back to the UK after all the difficulties you encountered give yourselves a big pat on the pack.Looking forward to your 2022 adventures
Thanks Stephen, it was good to get back, bring on new adventure 😀
Gosh I was stressed just watching this. So glad you made it home. Merry Christmas. Looking forward to the van mod vids. Happy New Year too.
Thanks David, happy NY to you 😀
So it's 4days ish since my last posting and I've seen you both fitting out the van ( well one doing the work and one finding excuses why not to work !!!) I've watched the major breakdown !
Cheers Steve what a lovely comment and I know that Louise always trying to get out of work it's unreal right 😆
I know this was months ago but for future reference if you suspect glow plug problems try waiting for the light to go off, turn off and on the ignition switch and start the engine after the light has gone off the second time.
I follow a few over landers but you are by far the best. I cant wait for next years adventures. Keep it up
Cheers David, bring on the adventures
Well done for sharing the real ups and downs of vanlife. I broke down only 20 miles from home the other day in my Peugeot Boxer Auto sleeper and that was stressful enough!
They are a pain whatever or wherever you are right, hope it's not or was not too bad
@@campervibe Do you know what it was. After getting low loaded home. The next day I found it was the fuel pump fuse. Annoyingly, I changed it when it wouldn't start with a new one........ Which was duff in the packet!!! Good old Halfords!! 🤣
The most enjoyable tress experience ever from u tube way better than boring old miles of hedgerows, glad it all worked, take it easy
Cheers Chris 😀😀
Just found your channel last night and I've sat and binged watched most your videos your sense of humour is right up my street and Emily's reactions for classic 🙌🙌
😀 amazing 😀
Just found y'all and love you videography and music selections are fantastic...but the real treat is how you two get along and interact!!! I have been to some of places in Eastern Europe you are visiting, but I have gone back and watched about 8 of you vlogs...all OUTSTANDING. Enjoying you girls from Raleigh, NC, USA
Cheers Jon, we do enjoy how we are with each other, glad you have found the vids good 😀
Camper Vibe Breakdown in Europe 2 (the sequel) was brilliant! Oh the drama! Loved every second of it. The ups and downs. I did feel the new character (Summer) needed more screen time. Head to IMDB for my full review...
Summer definitely needed more airtime, the diva she is, she has said she will walk off set if she doesn't get it on the next trip 👑
Oh don’t apologize for no scenic videos because it’s interesting and if it happens to me in the future I won’t freak out so more!! You guys are handling it great!!!!
Yeah definitely don't, we learn each time it happens 😆🤦♀️
