I've been drinking it for 30 years, but last year my heating element broke so it was a bit difficult to find parts, started buying filtered water it's the worst ever. I miss my distilled water! Get your minerals from foods and supplements never from water. Any minerals found in water is from rock source and can cause build up of plaque in arteries. Your body cannot assimilate inorganic rock minerals. Those minerals are for plants, the plants assimilate the rock minerals and we eat the plants. Any minerals found in water is nutritionally insignificant, never depend on nutrition from water. Water's sole purpose is to cleanse and hydrate! Properly made Distilled water PH is perfectly Neutral. Any tools used for testing may register distilled as acid but that's a lie. What's really happening is that the pure water molecules are making contact to a inorganic metal so the water is trying to attach itself to it as a cleansing solvent because water cleanses inorganic material out of your body. Another myth is that distilled water will make you leach calcium and make your bones weak, this is not true and scientifically and biologically impossible because your minerals that your body utilizes is already chelated and in an organic form. All that info for you in a brief summary. Enjoy!
Doesn’t distilled water absorb carbon dioxide from the air though and that makes it acidic? I just started drinking it for a couple days so far and I feel like it’s acidic on my teeth. David remember it's about the composition of the minerals, water has inorganic minerals besides the plastics and chemicals. the body cannot use inorganic minerals so deposits them in the blood vessels, kidneys, joints heart in fact everywhere, this builds up over years - the only way to reverse this is to drink distilled water which is hungry for inorganic minerals only and will slowly pull out these deposits over time. vitamin k2 and vit d (i use sunshine) is also a good protocol to move calcium out of soft tissue like the heart and at the same time strengthen bones. you need to get the minerals organic from your food, you can also use a juicer for fruit and vegetable to make juices that will be full of minerals and vitamins. so a combination of good diet distilled water (gallon a day) and fresh veg and fruit juices. use a good quality sea salt with your food if you are worried about your sodium levels

The fluoride and chlorine in tap water caused osteoarthritis in two dogs that I know. One stopped drinking tap water and suddenly became agile and young again. Even her coat went back to its original color. (This will take anywhere from 10-90 days fully). The other one was our dog and I didn’t know then what I know now and he died way before his time. I ONLY feed my pets and myself distilled water now. The vet will tell you this isn’t true but it is and it’s easy to research it - plus I have my own proof now. I think it’s so evil to peddle meds to all these people and animals when a simple cure exists (if the water is what is causing it and 90% of the time it is). My cats are both making an amazing recovery doing acrobatic things I haven’t seen them do in years. They are 13 years old. I have been taking taurine each day to combat the chlorine in my own tap water. (For bathing, and I am only drinking the distilled). My health changes have been insane too! And I now believe that animals (and humans) do not just age and die with health issues. Every single home in this neighborhood (I was a pet sitter so I knew the animals and people around here) has people and animals with the same issues. All the humans have thyroid/hypertension/foul taste in mouth/COPD and all the cats have cancer or behavior issues with feline cystitis and most of the dogs have arthritis and brain issues or lipomas. I tested the water with a meter and it tested in the 400s! I was so astonished by this. At any rate, I healed my cats of their feline cystitis, pain when they sat or stood and behavior issues simply by changing to distilled! Also, if you already have thyroid issues chlorine bleach will really exacerbate it. It really did for me. The taurine helps but rubber gloves for cleaning may also help if you don’t want to switch. ❤️

Distilled water is only okay to drink if you take additional mineral supplements. NOTE: Drinking exclusively distilled water without prior knowledge of what minerals your body can't live without can be dangerous for your health. There are minerals in water (for example we'll take pure and clean spring water) that are absorbed as the water gets filtered by flowing between natural stones/rock/sand and dirt. Those minerals are essential for proper human body function. In case your tap water is proven to be polluted by the high quantity of microplastics and other harmful materials (This is tested in water-treatment centers before it gets to your tap anyway) then it would be suggested to drink it distilled as it removes virtually everything but pure H2O. Honestly, a good video that shines some light on a problem not many people think about. The only thing I would suggest adding is that you need to take mineral supplements in some other way.

Pure distilled water has exactly pH 7. Alkaline water must have pH above 7, else it's acid. So by definition, entirely different. You could dissolve baking soda in any old water to get 8.4 pH alkaline water. Sell it to the gullible for profit.

Have you ever tested your tap water for any of these?
After repeated kidney infections I decided to give up tap water and drink distilled water quess what no infections ' 3 years later and I've not felt better' I will say when I first started I had headaches on and off for about 3 weeks then the headaches stopped' I was thinking clearer and my joint pain stopped I'm 57 and have had a physical job all my life. Now I'm in good shape. I would never go back to tap water ever. Oh and I don't put any mineral additives in. I would say give it a try and if after 3 months you dont feel better go back to tap water.

I just started drinking it for a couple days so far and I feel like it’s acidic on my teeth. pH of water is not in itself important for human health ... it's what causes the pH that's important. Battery acid, bad. Ammonia, bad. Cherry blossoms, whatever.
@Carbon6ix He's saying it's good, distilled water ph is slightly acidic, thus has an alkalizing effect on the body.
Do you have studies to back this up? This is my biggest concern with distilled water. I’ve been drinking it for 2 days and feel kinda iffy on it. Blood is 7.4pH so shouldn’t I try to make my distilled water as close to 7.4pH as possible?
@@4DTravelr This sounds like a paradox. How can it have an alkalizing effect on the body if it has a "slightly acidic" pH?
@@veritasparadoxum6525 The body reacts to the acid with an alkalizing counter. Same thing with lemon water, or even soda, but for soda it's too acidic and too extreme of an ask of your body on a regular basis. Even lemon water can have its downsides on teeth etc. But distilled water is perfectly slightly acidic for alkalizing metabolic reaction on-demand.

So do you mean you kept drinking distilled and the problems passed? Or you stopped drinking it?
Do you drink only distilled water? I mean I'm a high performance athlete . Could it be dangerous for me drinking only distilled water regarding the large amount I'm sweating?

the next step will be raw diet, as raw as you can, me and my dog are on raw diet and distilled water, yup the positive changing is happening. Spread this everywhere overcome the evil beast system!!!!!
This could all very well be but I also think the injections have been causing a multitude of problems since they were invented.

Hello what about spring water
