Cool project. I worked for Gulfstream and retired with 42 years service as a Senior Master Craftsman. I never worked on the 650 Project but for my retirement my Nephew who works in 650 Completions fixed me up with a ride on Googles 650. So when I left the company I had ridden on every model we built since 1973, GII, GIII, GIV, GV, and finally the G650. I fly RC models and have often thought about building a Gulfstream.
This is the only channel that I can spend hours and hours watching!!

Ramy you are a mad genius!
My Dad used to make moulds from wood in order to make fibre-glass fuselages in the 1970s. Very precise work, the best one was a T2 Buckeye, a complex shape with fibre-glass tiptanks too, a beautiful model.

Watching this video reminded me that I used to keep all the fiberglass and carbon leftovers, then I would cut it in small pieces and mix it with resin to form a paste to reinforce mounting point. We used to walk the paste Sauerkraut 😂
