The pain that all the players show when this happens 😂
everyone: 😐✋🏻 sorry
baghdatis: 🍾😁🍺 VAMOS!!
Djokovic’s reaction on the first point is just hilarious 😂
Love the topical videos after the Kyrgios bow when he hit a similar shot against Tsitsipas. You guys keep us entertained even when there are no atp tournaments!
my brother in christ wimbledon was literally happening when this was posted
@@benkrause1050 Grand slams aren't ATP events :))
In the first point djokovic was staring up like “why god why”
Orthodox Serbian. We love God.
0:27 That was very Ruud of him
Liam, cmon man
Alternate title: Unluckiest players ever
This is hilarious, imagine this happens on a GS championship point 😂
yeah, at 10/09 in the final set tiebreak 😂😂
Funny enough, the first one shouldn't have even counted. Since singles sticks are up, anything that hits between that temporary post and the permanent doubles post is technically out.
Damn, I never knew that. I wonder why the umpire didn’t give that point to Djokovic then. At least twice I’ve seen the ball called in during single matches after it ricochets off of the permanent doubles post, though, however no singles sticks were present, so maybe the ruling is different. Although, in Murray’s case, the net is *higher* in that area with the singles sticks, so one can assume if they weren’t there, his ball would have gone in anyway.
Could definitely do a part 2. Lots of missed ones!
The first point between Djokovic and Murray should have been Djokovic's point. The ball hit the net outside of the singles stick. In singles matches the net is only used between the singles sticks.
@@sharvaansharex It is. It's an obscure rule, hence why no one called/caught it, but that is indeed how it works.
"In a singles match played with a doubles net and singles sticks, the net posts and the
part of the net outside the singles sticks are permanent fixtures and are not
considered as net posts or part of the net." Is from the ITF rule book
Wow, good catch
absolutely correct!!
@@brutallyhonestcommentary7996 true, but it almost looks like the ball could have gone in if it wasnt stopped by the net anyways, so its difficult to call
All I want is a grand slam championship point to be like this 🤪
These niche highlights are 🔥 🔥 🔥
Hitting the net cord is such a fundamental skill in tennis. I'm practicing it every day now. 😁
The net rollers ok the ground are just hilarious. Outright winner and the opponent knows it.
0:52 that has to be the nastiest let of all time
Lucky, i think when u hit the net cord its the best way to hit the ball.
If a player managed to consistently pull those whenever he wants, he'll become nº1 in no time
in my opinion you can't be mad when the other player has the luck, it is just that, one day i could happen to you too
0:41 should be a fault. Rule 19 in the ITF book says that "The service is a fault if: c. The ball served touches a permanent fixture, singles stick or net post before it hits the ground"
Don't know what the unmpire called.
What's going on with the ATP finals net?

This whole time I thought it was net court
That Garin-Shapo one, though. It was a *match point.*
Jazizri - Kukushkin too. Worst way to lose when you are fighting to stay in the match.
No idea how much I can relate to being on the losing end of these. One guy I play with gets 10 every time we play.

Incredible
Becker Vs. Rostagno US open '89 is missing.
Only can show ATP matches
The first one by Murray should have been called out but I guess umpires don't know the rules
Lmao those trying to act sincere when apologizing are so cringe, it's not even etiquette anymore
3:41 this looks like a ps2 game
1:28 I'm not sure why he is asking for applause, since he hit it completely out. 100% dumb luck and zero skill involved in that one.
he's just asking for applause stop reading too much into it
Too bad they couldn't show Federer winning a point against Soderling after hitting 3 net cords in a row since it's in Wimbledon.
it's not luck, it's skill ;)
I like how every lucky one is not proud of gaining a point even though it's totally legit.
Thiem should have been proud of his after the russian's loud grunting.
What about the net-in in the match between Ferrero and Blake?
That’s from Wimbledon. Tennis TV doesn’t have the rights to use that footage.
net cord lobbing players is the best
Crazy that Tomic went on to win that chanpionship match. Crazier that it was only a few years ago! 2018 i think
You mean net caughts?
Imagine a player that was so skilled that they could do it on purpose
If a player was that skilled they wouldn’t need to do it on purpose lol
👍👍😀😀

One of the female match lately with a double bounces on the net is the top
i don't understand why this is considered as luck and people have to apologize about it, net cords are part of the game and of course totally legal

anyone notice how the snob himself federer is the least apologetic out of any of these players
Anyone notice how those players are looking away most of the time so it doesn't matter?
Also, anyone notice how this guy finds something meaningless to bitch about?
Just gonna ignore players like fist pumped immediately after an "apology?" Or does that not fit your narrative?
