If you grew up here like I did, and the sand bar was one of my favorite spots we used to get to on homemade rafts as 12 year olds.....you would realise the dangers of the massive currents which come with the tides that make the sand bar accessible..........and up here no one has to have a boat licence or register a boat....so you can literally walk into a boatyard and buy a ' Bullet' ski boat for example that will do 70 plus miles an hour standard, and you don't have to know a fucking thing about it.....mix that with the huge tides and alcohol and what do you think the result will be.....
GOOD. Let humans be humans, let natural selection do what it may. I'm sick of the red tape and the "safety" mongers.
