These guys opened this kitchen last year in a shop which was formerly a taxi office, they kitted out a brand new shiny kitchen, so no meat or dairy products have ever been used in their kitchen. Full credit is due to these innovative guys because "Hungry Beast" is one of Britain’s first few 100% authentic Vegan Indian Curry Houses. All the named "meat" products are actually plant based vegan meat sustitutes created using either Seitan, Soya or Starch. Indian food already has many vegan options, but there is more of a demand for "fake meats" nowadays because a lot more people are becoming vegan but still miss the texture of meat.
This has to be my favourite video of yours for some time. I have nothing but love and respect for everyone there making such amazing food. Pure devotion to giving the best product possible. Loved this.

How can a vegan kitchen sell dal makhni , murgh makhni and Butter naan since they don't use butter. Futher I don't think this a vegetarian restaurant since they are selling chicken and prawns
