Interesting conversation. Dear Tolu, you need to be EQUIPPED for this marathon. Its not a sprint. There are others in this space, doing the work, collaborate, get into the reach. Please, please, please, get into therapy- simply for a better, quality of life.
I hope ladies who watch this and are currently dating or engaged to guys like this realize how this will damage their family dynamics in the future. As parents, we have to do better.
Tolu is really, very brave. I admire her courage and tenacity. God bless you and keep you. I can relate with her story. I have a brother we are trying to help with addiction issues currently.
This was really insightful. Thank you Tolu for sharing a piece of your life with us. Thank you Stephanie for bringing her on and shedding light on the issue of drug abuse from the family member's perspective. Happy New Year everyone! 🥳🎉
Hi Stephanie! Supporting you from 🇺🇸 your podcast is always wonderful from your presentation and interview skills to the quality of guests you have. I really like that you did the episode and gave Tolu a platform to tell her story. Stephanie, you possess the professionalism, empathy and class to do more of these kinds of interviews! I hope you’ll consider having episodes that let women tell their stories on more vulnerable topics in additional to the entertainment content. Because we definitely need both!!! Especially from you because you are so down to earth and classy. This interview really showcased your range as a presenter!! Proud of you! Tolu, wow. No words can articulate your bravery, courage and strength. I’m not sure what your career choice is now, but I strongly suggest and think you would be so impactful as a speaker or even partnering with an NGO to bring more awareness to this topic. YOU are a SUCCESS story, there is so much beauty in your strength!!! And you possess the necessary passion to help facilitate change! Please please please don’t stop telling your story, you are doing the work to raise awareness and stimulate change. Keep going and God bless you!!!
This is brave. Thank you for sharing your story, using your experience to make others aware… May God make your way smooth and void of the things you loathe . Wish you happiness cos you deserve it. Kudos to you too Stephanie 💙
Churches should have career days and partner with corporations. After all, some of their members are employed and could help with getting people work experience or jobs. New government will need to invest in rehab becuhhh this generation will have crack babies like AA.
