Smaller than I hoped for sure. The heating fan is located at the top of the device + hot air is limited to coming out from one side. The portion which the air flows out from is 6ish inches wide x 3 inch length. Air flow is decently strong, but was hoping this would have stronger heating capabilities

Thank you for reaching out to us, Ashleigh! The remote uses a CR2025 3-volt battery. To replace the battery using a Phillips head screwdriver, unscrew the battery tray on the back of the remote. Slide out the battery tray, and remove the old battery and dispose of it according to regulations in your location. Insert the new battery, making sure the (+) (-) are oriented correctly, then reinsert the battery tray.

What's the difference between the HC501and the HP502? Also, will the HC501 heat a fully insulated, 300 square foot he/she/kids shed?
