I think Max Payne is the closest gaming equivalent to John Wick. The shooting in GTA V is good enough too, but this game has the cool slow mo stuff and is focused entirely on action. The only thing I miss are the ragdoll physics they had in GTA IV. The shooting in that game has a uniquely gritty feel to it.
I always said that max payne is basically the combat section of gta v. Which is awesome. That why i always wished they'd make something similar with red dead redemption 2 cause that combat was sick but the realism they put in it really drags it out

That game, specifically Phantom Liberty, rewards you for taking your time and checking everything, doing every dialogue choice available... but the way people like Dontai play it, they're basically playing a cut-down demo version of the game, and at that point, like, why even do it at all, man. If every game is "I gotta get through this ASAP and basically speedrun it so I can get to the next game and keep my twitch audience interested", you're really just hurting your own experience of it and turning it into a job. Yes, I know it actually IS a job for most streamers, but I mean a JOB job, routine, tedious, doing it to get it done. That's no way to enjoy video games, man.
