.....These have other modes other than "race"?...For what? Cruisin around town?
+TheGhostsSoul It's just the information on the LCD dashboard.
"race mode" probably stands for information about the number of laps, the gap with the next car, etc.
When "qual mode" shows the fastest lap, the best personal time, the delta time etc.
+TheGhostsSoul There are probably several modes, like an engineering mode which shows a ton of info that would be information overload during a race
Yeah they have practice and qualifying screens that will show different info like lap times or gaps to other cars depending on circumstances.

a couple comments saying the talking must be annoying when trying to race. Well from a production standpoint they very well might've just been talking a lot for the sake of making the video more stimulating.
The comments during the race are because Tyler is driver coaching him as he often does. He's paying for that feedback and guidance.
