Lisa Zane, followed closely by Rebecca Shoichet (even if I can't unhear her Sunset Shimmer voice now). Cree Summer was a good voice double for Zane, though a bit obvious. Katee Sackhoof is also pretty good, and Eliza Dushku and Grey DeLisle are decent.
Personally, as much as I enjoyed the VOICES of the "She-Hulk" by various actresses that I heard, I would like a female bodybuilder to play the character in a live-action "She-Hulk" TV series because the green-skinned amazon is tall, muscular, and imposing. That is what I want.

I actually found out that Betty Ross is She-Hulk in the Ultimate Marvel comics/universe.
I found out about that MUCH later.
