“I just think sometimes plays don’t turn out the way you think they should. The frustration sets in a little bit. But I don’t think it’s, for us, not being organized. I think I have incredibly talented coaches all along my staff and we pride ourselves on, whether it’s a practice or shootaround, games, whatever, we pride ourselves on being highly efficient organization. So I would just chalk that up to being frustrated, you know it’s an emotional game the way it ended and all of that. But I’ll agree to disagree on that one.”

Coach D.Ham is a good guy, he's a great guy, but he's not the wolf that he needs to be for that team. Being nice is not going to win you championship's. You've got to be tough and you need to get a hold of lebron and be like im the coach, im the boss, im the one you should be listening. That's how you should start if you want a team to succeed...

Ham is not the biggest problem, Lebron is and you dont get to see Ham really coach except in games Lebron sits out. Thats when their wins against elite teams came. Lebron is not great leader, and he's past the stage where he should be ahead of AD in the pecking order or so ball dominant. He holds AD back especially but really the whole team. Its time Lakers fans recognize he's the problem. He wouldnt be if he knew how to take a backseat but his ego does not allow for it. No coaching or personal changes matter if Lebron is still there. He'll undermine the next one too.

Honestly it's time to get rid of Lebron. People look at the numbers that he chases not how he negatively impacts the team. He undermines all of his coaches game plan, he's terrible help defender who yells at others for his mistakes and too ball dominate at this stage in his career. He also holds AD back.
