Theoretically, yes. But in practice, going after civilian targets escalates the conflict in bad ways. If they had only targeted military targets, it would've been different. They're also just not in any position to use violence to get their way as this situation proves... How much suffering is inflicted on them in response is almost entirely being decided by other countries, with them having no real voice in the matter. That can be answered easily in two parts. 1. In the 1970s Jordan did not expel ALL Palestinians, only those who they could prove took hostile actions or could be linked to the PLO due to that group's specific actions. They still kept refugees and others that are Palestinian. 2. There are still anywhere from 2.17 - 3.24 million Palestinians (mostly refugees) per the latest figures I could find. 3. The refusal is, at least in theory per claims by Jordan and other countries, is due to the belief that if Palestinians are allowed to other nations, then the notion of Palestinian statehood is gone. That Israel will use that as justification to Israelify, if you will, the Palestine/Israel region. On that note, why should people whose homes and families were in that area for generations, at least a hundred years or longer in other cases, when it is their home? If someone came to your home, due to the actions of someone else or just because and kicked you out, put you in a refugee camp, etc. what would you do? Why should someone else take your home, land, etc.? Sounds wrong, right? So in sum, there are still Palestinians. Palestinians en masse were not expelled, only specific people with ties to the PLO, Arafat, etc. The point of why they cannot move to these other countries is due to an understanding of Israeli policy, and a moot point when the majority of these people are native born people of the area now known as Israel. You’re HILARIOUS to claim Israel left the Gaza Strip. They were still patrolling the streets before October 7th.
They still crossed into Gaza whenever they wanted. They still had the power to close the border and deny Gazan’s access into Israel.
They still had the power to turn off the water and power to Gaza. That’s now LEAVING Gaza. So yes, they are the perpetrator of an apartheid state and OPPRESSORS of the Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank. Hamas was elected 17 years ago, an organization CREATED BY Bibi’s administration, to DESTABILIZE the Palestinian Authority, so Gaza wouldn’t have a stable government.
Don’t forget Hamas attacked first…
She needs to address the following huge contradiction: why did her new country by marriage, Jordan, expell all Palestinians in a bloody slaughter? Was it because the Palestinians tried to assassinate the King of Jordan? She needs to first be forthright about why Jordan is not allowing any Palestinians into Jordan, even as a safe place for humanitarian aid to Gazans. She never mentions Hamas. Why?

That can be answered easily in two parts.
1. In the 1970s Jordan did not expel ALL Palestinians, only those who they could prove took hostile actions or could be linked to the PLO due to that group's specific actions. They still kept refugees and others that are Palestinian.
2. There are still anywhere from 2.17 - 3.24 million Palestinians (mostly refugees) per the latest figures I could find.
3. The refusal is, at least in theory per claims by Jordan and other countries, is due to the belief that if Palestinians are allowed to other nations, then the notion of Palestinian statehood is gone. That Israel will use that as justification to Israelify, if you will, the Palestine/Israel region. On that note, why should people whose homes and families were in that area for generations, at least a hundred years or longer in other cases, when it is their home? If someone came to your home, due to the actions of someone else or just because and kicked you out, put you in a refugee camp, etc. what would you do? Why should someone else take your home, land, etc.? Sounds wrong, right?
So in sum, there are still Palestinians. Palestinians en masse were not expelled, only specific people with ties to the PLO, Arafat, etc. The point of why they cannot move to these other countries is due to an understanding of Israeli policy, and a moot point when the majority of these people are native born people of the area now known as Israel.

What queen Rania does not tell you is that Jordan is actually 90% of historic Palestinian. And the vast majority of its people are Palestinians, including she and her family!! Palestinians are just trying to take more land from Israel and try to find reasons for a Jewish majority state will not exist for religious and ethnic reasons.
