Let’s start a family
Me and my 2 boys got to meet Troy and Jacob here in southern md. A few years ago. He's as nice in real life as he is on the show. Super great people was an honor to take a photo with them and shake their hands and tell them choot um. I have huge respect for them. I was a crabber in my younger years from age 12. Up at 430 home at 8 pm. But I loved every minute on the water as they do. I wish all the people from swamp people continued success. They are the way my mother brought us up as well. The world would be a lot better place with more folks like Troy and company.
I love 'ole Troy. Hes always been my favorite on the show. Hes a darn good man !!!

That’s so amazing it makes me happy to think I could actually have a family that close one day. More of these kids my age could learn a lot from this MAN he has values and helps others and that’s one of the reasons he is blessed.

I've watched this episode (and the others) many times. I love how Troy loves his whole family. Makes me wish I had family. My mother used to often say, "If wishes were horses, beggars would ride". Awesome, Troy ... keep doing what you do.
I know this is two years old but when we have family get togethers it's always momma's and kid's first. Ain't gonna change my ways on that.
I hope that never changes, Seth ... family is so important and that importance is driven home when you don't have it.

This is why I started to watch your show. You guys work hard and you make time for family. When granddaddy and grandma were living we all met each week. Every Sunday and all holidays. After they died, the family started slowly pulling apart. And here we are 50 years later and we can not even get our family together. You guys remind me of the good ole' days. God Bless you all. I am a faithful fan. I have watched you all for many years. I remember when you all got in with Jackie Bushman and Realtree "The Jordan Family". Please do not ever change.

I’m a recently single mum of 2 in my 40s in New Zealand I had to leave my husband because he is the absolute opposite of this man lol
- I was raised just like this family by both my mum and dads respective families, and I can’t stop watching these posts..I’m not sure if the lump in my throat is from the missing of days long gone or the wishing I could raise my babies the same, or the anger at myself for procreating and marrying someone so far from these values. Anyway one thing I do know is I envy this family 💕
