  • Fara is a Traditional recipe of Uttar Pradesh and Bihaar which is traditionally made by Rice and lentils but today I m going to use Rawa instead of Rice.. It is a healthy recipe.
    ----- INGREDIENTS ----
    1.Rawa-1 Cup
    2.water-1 n 1/2 Cup
    3.salt-1 tspn
    For Stuffing--
    1.Chana daal-1Cup
    2.Salt-1/2tspn
    3.cumin seeds-1tspn
    4. Aesafoteda-1/4th tspn
    5. Red Chilly powder-1/2tspn
    6. Turmeric powder -1tspn
    7. ginger -1/2inch
    8. Garlic-4cloves
    For shallow Fry-
    1.oil-2tspn
    2.mustard seeds-1 tspn
    3.Curry leaves -4-5
    4.salt-2pinch
    5.chaat masala-2pinch
    6.red chilly powder
