Here in Dehradun, nagar nigam has removed all the community dustbins and are forcing people to give the household waste to the kachra collector truck. They are charging ₹ 50/-for the same from every household. I think it should be free. We are paying taxes and this is govt's job to keep the city clean. If someone argues then the typical reply is if you can afford recharge every month then why can't shell out ₹50 for cleanliness. So called social workers are happy with this form of corruption.
