I would say self love is the best love. If you love yourself the other person will see that you are not to be toyed with. It depends on upbringing and socialisation how we act and what we expect in relationships. My other- half is very close to his sisters and Mum and I like that. I knew he was empathetic and emotionally intelligent after getting to know him and that is why I decided he is for me. If a man can stay without calling his mum or doing for her and then you think he will care for you? Forget it! It can’t happen.
