And he just replays his life and the scene that just happened, while losing his conscence, thinking about the things he could have done differently and how, if things were different, the world would be a better place. At the end of the song, he falls down and the blood covers the asphalt. This is really sad but it just plays in my mind whenever I listen to this version. It feels more suffered and depressing
