what emulator did u use and what is the configuration? it looks really2 smooth
This is not Emulator, this is the PC version of the game which runs at 60 fps.
Where can i download it? Is there any other game outside this game?

Are the level cycles truely random? Or do you think since sort of optimized path might load them perfectly. Something someone hasn't figured out yet
For Construction Yard, I'm pretty sure they are completely random but you never know.

Are u using dualsense ps5 controller?
I'm using a PS4 Controller. I've tried PS5 controller and it's alright but I prefer PS4.
