Sean Elliott was one of the overlooked guys from the 90's who was pretty damn good. The Bulls had tons of trouble playing in San Antonio for many years. Keep in mind that Rodman missed quite a few games in the '95-'96 season due to a calf injury and suspension. I believe the Bulls could've won 75 games if everyone had stayed healthy. Jordan played all 82 during the regular season and would for the entire 2nd 3-peat.
The biggest what if was the 97-98 season. Pippen missed 38 games that year and they still managed to go 62-20. It probably would've been another season right around the 70 win mark or higher if they had everyone stay relatively healthy the whole year.
