DIY Faceting Part 16 - Cutting a briolette out of smoky quartz and a strange problem!

Hi if you wanted to cut a smooth Briolette could you do it on the faceting machine or do you need a cab machine?

Basically it would be possible to do a cab on this machine with soft laps and maybe not using the faceting arm, but work manually. However, a cabbing machine would be mu h more suitable.

Beautiful piece You may had laid something on or drop something on the nubond I learn to take it off to be careful wash it off and bag it seen like every time trash finds it's way on everything have to wipe everything down when moving up

Thanks Bad Santa! Yeah, it seems it was something scratchy like maybe another piece of stone that again crumbled and caused the scratches on the lap.
