    Please AJ can make a tutorial on handstand swipe were you swing yur leg like for airflare start.

    I noticed you said apply tension to all 10 fingers when doing this wall exercise, but since I dislocated my left ring finger recently 9 will have to do. I like this method you have a lot this can be a prerequisite strengthener for airflares since you have to pike at the hips and legs to be able to hop and throw

    I practiced this on my left arm. Then by accident, my left hand hop got stronger than my right arm.. fml... lol
